Beach plumbing came out same day to inspect a kitchen sink (no hot water), a bathroom sink (no cold water), and a humming/vibration noise coming from our water heater.
The first two were valve issues and pretty straight forward. We now have hot/cold water!
The water heater was inspected and they informed us of a flaw inside the water heater (which happens). Because our water heater is fairly new (4 years old) they suggested we contact the manufacturer to see if it was still under warranty. They left us with options and mentioned they can do it themselves or whomever else we decide on.

Awesome team at Beach Plumbing! From my very first contact with them I have not been disappointed. I had a complete re-pipe and re-drain of my home last year. We had to repipe our entire home and replace the 58 yr old kitchen / laundry drain pipe. The Technician (Kody) was very knowledgable and clearly explained our plumbling issues and the solution to us. They worked on both jobs for 1 week. They showed up on time everyday and cleaned up after they left. We appreciated the great job they in patching the walls. We are very satisfied with their with their work and the nice job they did. Highly recommend this company!

Edwin came out the day before to provide an estimate for having a shower handle valve replaced. He gave a verbal estimate of $1600 but when he had me sign the contract, none of the specifics or the price was showing. When after signing I realized that and asked to see what I had signed, he said "it's gone," stating he couldn't show me. In future I advise them to show the details and price BEFORE asking for a signed commitment, This issue became even more clear when, after service and payment, the receipt showed a price of $1875! With a discount of $187 on a 1-year warranty

Everybody from Beach Plumbing is professional and courteous. Edwin came out to the house, explained everything that he needed to do and what it would cost. Even when we ran into unexpected trouble along the way (roots growing up from under the foundation,) he was able to adapt and still finish the job quickly and with a high quality bar. These guys went above and beyond For us. They were polite, efficient, explained everything and answered all our questions. They took the extra step to clean up after themselves and keep the mess to a minimum. They even filled some holes in the yard we had that were already there with out being asked. They took every precaution to do the job right. We are incredibly appreciative and grateful for their help. We will only be using them from here on out.

Just had a really great experience with Edwin and all the guys at Beach Plumbing. My husband and I just bought a house and thought our sewer pipes were fine... till they backed up when my parents came to visit. Anyway, the guys explained everything super clearly, showed us what was going on, and did the repair work quickly and correctly. Edwin even took it upon himself to contact the city for us so they could fix part of the problem in the city alley. Excellent customer service and very knowledgable workers.

When my water heater died unexpectedly of old age, I called Beach Plumbing in the morning and by late afternoon I had a new, perfectly operating water heater—and hot water. Edwin and his associate did the work quickly and efficiently, hauling away the old water heater and cleaning everything up completely. Everyone at Beach Plumbing was polite and very, very helpful. I have been using Beach Plumbing since 2015. They redid my entire house with new pipes. I use them now to change my tankless filter annually and to snake the main due to the city's 6in pipe that has roots. Everyone there is so professional and friendly. They really know what they are doing and they don't try to scam you. They are local. Their family members work at local restaurants. I trust them. Kyle and Kevin did a great job clearing and repairing our main sewer, which was clogged with tree roots and was backing up water into the shower. They explained every step, from the camera to find the clog, to the machinery used to clean out the pipe, materials being used, etc. When the 80-year-old plumbing literally took an unexpected turn, they made sure we understood what the next steps were.
At every decision point, Kyle was transparent about the possible complications and solutions, as well as how much it would cost. We would definitely call Beach Plumbing again!!

What others have said about the predatory rate is absolutely true. They quoted me $895 to replace the garbage disposal. When I asked them why it costs so much, they tell me that it is because they are "professionals." Then I asked them how much the parts cost. The technician says "I don't know." He is either lying or this "professional" quoted me a price without knowing the cost of the garbage disposal. Don't call them ever.

Called to get a quote for a new tankless install. Gave basic rough quote over the phone but insisted on onsite quote to be accurate. Understandable.
Once onsite they wouldn't give me an accurate quote saying, "prices change" if I was planning to do a job a month out. Then the price started to shift as I asked more questions. Asked for a cost breakdown and he refused saying if the job cost lower than they bid then they didn't want to charge extra if they had to do extra work. How about you charge a fair price and then charge me for the extra work that needs to be done if that
