Dr. Vaughn welcomes you to Kid's Dentistry of North Georgia! For Dr. Ryan M. Vaughn, opening a pediatric dental practice is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. He believes in focusing on the whole health of a child and puts that belief into practice in his offices by taking a reasoned and holistic approach with his patients, focusing as much on prevention as treatment.
Dr. Simon loves giving children a reason to smile by striving to provide a fun, safe, and relaxed experience at the dental office! Her goal is to be a positive influence in children's lives by forming lifelong relationships with her patients and their families built on trust, kindness, and compassion.
Regular preventative care can help keep your children healthy and cavity-free! In most cases, a comprehensive check-up is recommended every six months, at which we offer oral hygiene instructions, cleanings, and fluoride treatments. If dental problems are suspected, early diagnosis is key in determining the most appropriate treatment option.
In situations where a tooth can not be fixed, is infected, or maybe more space is needed for permanent teeth, we may recommend removing the tooth. Other minor surgical procedures are performed to address lip tie, tongue tie, and oral lesions. Dr. Vaughan and the staff at the Flowery Branch office are top notch! My boys always leave there asking when we can go back because the staff always makes it fun for them. I can’t recommend this place enough! We were in town staying at lake Lanier from Indiana and our son had a bicycle wreck and ended up needing some immediate dental work done after leaving the ER. Dr Vaughn stayed in contact with the ER doctor while he was out of the office to guide her while we were there to help save his teeth and when we arrived… at the office Dr Emily was such a delight for our son! She was so gentle and guided us to what the next steps were once we got home to Indiana and found the specialist near our home to get continued care. Overall these two doctors went above

My son turns 3 this month and I knew we were due for his 1st visit. I’m sure I should have done it sooner but wanted to make sure he was mentally prepared! He’s been asking to go for weeks now so I made the appointment and HE DID AMAZING! They were all so welcoming, sweet and patient with my high energy child! I am so very happy I found this place and highly recommend them!

Kids Dentistry is amazing! The staff has always been so patient with my son from the very first time we visited several years ago. He is autistic and other places I’d taken him wanted to put him to sleep to clean his teeth, but Kids Dentistry took time with him to explain and has never had a problem. Everyone I know gladly drives over an hour to visit Dr. Vaughn and staff here, they are such a blessing to us! Not only are they the best pediatric dentists ever, but they have the “coolest” office with such cool designs for the littles. Even though my son is getting older, they never treat him
