Dr. Patel is an excellent dentist in more ways than one. He’s not only knowledgeable but also so kind and patient with my dental fears. I’m an adult with childhood dental trauma that causes me a great deal of anxiety before I ever enter the dental office. I've been in for many appointments but most recently I had dental implants done at the office. He and his staff were compassionate and understanding throughout my implant process. In my case, I had three done at once with, at times, there were some lengthy appointments equaling significant anxiety. Dr Patel was able to keep me in a calm space

I have had nothing but a positive experience with San Ramon dental excellence with the staff and both dentists. I was having a tooth ache and they were able to fit me in at the last minute right before the holiday to see what was going on. Both dentists have been kind and gentle and give detail information about the situation. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I never thought I would get to a point where I didn’t dread going to the dentist, but here I am after starting treatment and care with Dr. Patel! Not only is he personable, he truly cares about our dental health and takes the time to explain why he’s doing or recommending something. The staff is also excellent and friendly, they provide reminders via phone and text for appointments, and everyone is always prepared and organized for my visits. My teenage son sees Dr. Hakim and is actually excited for his cleanings when they come up! Overall a really great dental team, I am glad we found them

When our dentist of ~20 years retired a couple years ago, we gave the dentist who purchased the practice a chance to see how they would do. Unfortunately they did poorly, but we feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Hakim’s office.
Dr. Hakim and all of the staff have been wonderful. I’ve had some significant work done replacing old crowns and old fillings and am very pleased with Dr. Hakim’s work and the staff’s approach and kindness.
