The was a lovely cruise along some of the most beautiful sections of the Hudson. The tree lined shore and peaceful breeze made this journey a great way to spend an afternoon on the water. The captain was friendly and gave us history and details about the areas we traveled through. Part of the tour involves going through a lock which was very interesting to be able to do considering the rich history that New York has with its lock systems. We even saw a Bald eagle on the shore and an Osprey family in their nest. What a treat!

The two hour cruise was very interesting. We went through one of the Champlain Canal locks around Schuylerville island then back through the lock and up the Hudson River for 3 miles. Then back to the Lock were the boat is docked.

Great opportunity to see amazing wildlife. 5 Bald eagles in one day!!! Took cruise down Hudson River from Schuylerville to Waterford for Annual Tugboat Festival. Best fireworks display I've ever seen. Captains Marla Hodges and Maria Saavedra, as well as first mate, Jose, were very knowledgable about the area and made the trip truly memorable!!!
""Two thumbs up! WAY up!!!"

Obviously I like this because on my days off I get to pilot the vessel! Plus the scenery, narration, crew and boat add to the ambiance!
