The Lake George Steamboat Company offers many daily, varied length cruises on 3 large ships from May through the end of October. The Minne-Ha-Ha is one of the last steam paddle wheel ships in America. She is perfect for kids and families with tight schedules. She takes an hour-long cruise, 7 times a day along with a Friday night Pirate Adventure Cruise.
Guests will be delighted with the Minne's authentic steam calliope concert in between each cruise. The Minne also has a new event called "Rock the Dock" with live entertainment. It doesn't get much better than sailing along, listening to good music in the soft summer evening air! The Mohican, the oldest continuously operated tour boat in America, was launched in 1908.

Services
No smoking or vaping will be allowed on any of our cruises, our pier, or around the Ticket office. On weekday dates not listed above, the Saint is sailing a lunch/sightseeing cruise at the same time 11am - 1pm. The Islands of the Narrows Cruise takes you on a leisurely 14-mile afternoon trip through the many Islands of Lake George.
No matter how small or large, simple or elegant, we will make your day memorable. Easy access for handicapped passengers, with lifts on both the Minne Ha Ha and the Lac du Saint Sacrement. Handicapped Accessible Bathrooms on all three boats. Cocktail Bar(s) and Gift Shop available on all three boats.
The Lake George Steamboat Company is immensely proud of its boats and history. We would not have such history and longevity if it were not for our very own dry dock (built in 1927) which we use to bring our ships out of the water and service them. Our dry dock is rather unique in today's age because unlike the floating dry docks which are abundant along the lakes, rivers, coasts, and canals of America, our dry dock is a Marine Railway.
Masks are recommended to be worn by all non-vaccinated passengers over the age of 2 years. Vaccinated passengers do not have to wear a mask during anytime on our cruises as per the latest New York State guidance. Online, the maximum number of passengers per reservation is 8. If your family/party is larger than 8, please make separate reservations to encompass your entire group and indicate the total size of your group.

We took a 2 or 2.5 hour tour scenic tour yesterday on the Saint (without dinner) and it was wonderful! Amazing mountain views all around and great weather so we sat outside and enjoyed it all. Also ordered cheeseburgers w/fries and beer. Cheeseburgers were pretty good actually so was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend! Also they have a parking lot with handicapped spots and for $15 they let you park there. Very odd. One thing that didn't work out so well with the parking lot is that there end up being 3 cars being parked behind you and you have to wait for people to show up and move their

The steamboat crew is fantastic! We were there for a bachelorette weekend and I had accidentally bought tickets for September 11 even though I know I selected 9/18 online. I'm not sure how it happened but I was so shocked. The crew immediately found a spot for us and exchanged our dates. I was amazed at how quickly and without batting an eye they handled it for us. Thank you SO much!!! The food was delicious. Not a huge variety but we loved it! The view was spectacular and we loved the DJ and tour guide (Captain's?) enthusiasm! Thank you so much for a memorable lunch tour!!

The cruise was relaxing and the views incredible but I was disappointed that there was not more historical narration of the area and lake. It was mostly information on hotels and camping sites along the lake. So much history here and it would have been nice to hear more about it… especially because we are tourists and wanted to know more. Not really for kids either. The pace is a little slow.

Beautiful scenic boatride. I wish the boat we were on (The Mohican) had better seating options. On deck space was very limited. We had to sit inside on uncomfortable wrought iron patio chairs or basic banquet style chairs. I hoped for the chance to sit outside but there simply weren't enough chairs. The lowest level smelled like old French fry oil and was off putting. We had to move up a level to get away from the nauseating smell...Lake George is beautiful and the cruise was long and informative. Worth the money despite the shortcomings of the boat.

Enjoyed the Dinner Cruise very much! The ship was clean and is in great condition for its age. The staff was very friendly and drink service was very good. The food is typical of buffet style food(3/5).The Prime Rib was pretty good, (4/5). The experience, views, entertainment is the real star of the show. I would definitely do this again!

2nd year in a row our family took the dinner cruise. It’s a buffet style dinner, and the food is fine, but this is more of a fun experience on the lake, including music and dancing, with full bar service. The cruise at sunset is really beautiful and a great way to learn about Lake George as you are provided with some history as you ride about 10 miles up to Bolton Landing area. It’s a great evening out with family. Staff on the cruise are attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. 👍👍

Such a great experience! It was our little guy's very first boat ride and we had a blast. We went on the Minne-Ha-Ha for a daytime tour of the lake and the Mohican for the fireworks cruise. Both were incredible. The staff and crew were so kind and helpful! I definitely recommend taking a ride on one of these boats during a trip to Lake George.
