Services
If I pay for my reservation online, how does Sam's Trans match my payment to that booking?. The driver will monitor the arrival status of the flight, and once your flight lands he will contact you on your cell phone to give you instructions to the pickup area, and description of the car. When you pay online for your trip or for someone else trip, we match your payment with the email was used on the reservation or by the name on the reservation.

Getting the the airport for an early morning flight & a later evening return coming home was stressing me out because lately, ride share companies are so unreliable. I have used Sam's several times and all of my experiences were fabulous; except my last trip. When my son and I got in the vehicle, we noticed a crack in the windshield that went from one side to the other, clearly obstructing the driver's view. When I asked, the driver shrugged. Not once did the driver speak. He ran red lights, cut off a few cars at intersections, and drove way too fast on more than one occasion. Once at the hotel, I tipped him $40. The bellmen unloaded our luggage and were escorting us into the hotel when the driver came running up yelling, "You didn't give me enough! Stop!"

Fantastic experience! Sam is very professional and extremely helpful guy. We used his minivan service for a drop off from the Phoenix airport. He patiently waited while it took us some time to collect the bags and come out, kept in touch the whole time, helped load all the bags as we had 5 check in items and 3-4 carry ons alongwith the baby. The car seat was clean and the van had loads of space for a dozen more bags. As a driver, he was calm, courteous, professional, masked and kept sanitizing which is all that every passenger expects. I booked transportation and then had a flight and ultimately, a trip cancelation. They were so very proactive in issuing an immediate refund without any hesitancy. Totally professional and courteous, checking in with me the minute they saw my flight was initially delayed. I will be flying into Phoenix later this summer and will definitely book with Sam's!

GREAT airport transport service. In the past, we usually would Uber, but we had a terrifying experience recently where no Ubers were available at 7am for a morning flight. (!!!)
We had a great experience with Sam’s, Sam was actually our driver and went above and beyond to check in the day before, day of 30m prior, and help us with our heavy luggage. It was a roomy, comfy van too which was super nice. Highly recommend — support local!

Sams trans is amazing! I have used sams a couple times and I have nothing but high praise. Especially this last time. My 17 month old left her favorite stuffed animal in the car and the next day I text Sam and within an hour the driver hand delivered "mr panda". I don't typically write reviews, but I have been so impressed I felt I had to. Our international flight was delayed, but our driver was waiting for us and was in immediate contact when we landed and right there greeting us when we came out of baggage claim. I will use no one else and will refer as much as I can.

We have used Sam's Trans multiple times for transport to Sky Harbor, and have been so impressed with the service provided that we no longer consider alternative options when planning travel. Reservations are easy to book online and confirmed promptly. The drivers are courteous, professional, and have been unfailingly punctual in arriving at designated time with notification by text or phone 30 minutes in advance. The vehicles are comfortable, well maintained, and stocked with complementary water and mints. Nice touches which attest to the owner's commitment to maintaining a level of professionalism

Thank you Sam's Trans for the awesome service you provided us to and from the airport for our vacation. We had terrible service with Lux Rides so we called Sam's Trans. He always called us back immediately and he confirmed the day before both pick up times. We are so happy we found a reliable company for our transportation needs. The prices are awesome too! About 1 year ago my wife took a job requiring air travel several times a month. Living in an out of the way area, we knew normal airport shuttle services would be so inconvenient that timing trips back and forth from Phoenix Sky Harbor would be untenable.

I did not receive an online confirmation number. I had to call the business to be reassured they knew my location and time for airport pick-up. The car was OK but the fare was double that of Yellow Cab and in my opinion not worth it. I booked this service based on Yelp feedback. I am suspicious some of the reviews are fake.

Sam was terrific! He was responsive to our needs (baby and toddler) very specific on where and how we meet him, kind, patient and a very careful driver. The van was large, immaculate and filled with water for us as well. I highly recommend this transportation service and plan to do so with each visit.

I am so disappointed in this company. Requested a quote. Received prompt reply. Booked a ride to and from airport for a trip to Hawaii. Received a confirmation email
with instructions and times.
This morning-/--nothing. No cab. No call. I'm disgusted
