Underated hospital but I got the best treatment here. You may never agree with me but this is how I feel and received from them. Hospitals now a days are full and try to consider they’re under staff due to pandemic but I appreciate all their efforts doing their best they can to attend to our medical needs. Starting from the ER nurses (Ivan, Shannon, Jessica)and doctors then I was admitted to a medical room. Nurses and staffs from the 10th floor medical room who are so respectful and caring special mention is nurse Annabel for being helpful and she cheered me up always. To the young, respectful

I'm only giving Seton 2 stars because I didn't die there. I was admitted to the er & then the hospital for renal failure & covid. Dr. Josephus Sanjorjo is a good Dr. Some of the others are awful. Same with the nurses. Discharge nurses are THEE worst. They were supposed to release me after 2 weeks but they "miscommunicated" or they wanted to up the billing by a few days. And now I'm drowning in bills. You know what I'm changing it to one star.

Took a friend here last night for a reason i rather not say. however the reason nonetheless was indeed an emergency and a reason to be treated with care, which this place lacks. no empathy what so ever. nurses are extremely rude and do not wear their face covering properly. they treated my friend poorly and practically yelled at her during a time where she could not articulate herself. lights are flickering and the doctors clearly do not care. this place made me as a visitor feel unwelcome. would never ever recommend going to this place in the event of an emergency.

Outrageous pricing and totally ridiculous customer support.
I spoke to 2 doctors and they drew blood and charged me over 6 thousand dollars which only half of which could be covered by insurance. There was nothing additional, I sat in a bed with an EKG and had my blood drawn, and I spoke to 2 doctors.
They do not disclose pricing. They would not even ballpark the cost.
This is completely unacceptable and abusive. These people should be ashamed.

This is the worst Hospital I have ever experienced, my Husband was fighting a life threatening infection and was in very bad shape, none of the Doctors or staff communicate with each other and had no idea what was going on, after being admitted he went 3 days without being given his heart medications even though I told them what he took daily he went into AFib and they acted like they had no idea he had a heart problem they were rude and very disorganized and unprofessional. I would never allow another family member to be treated at this hospital again.

No medical care provided, no medical screening exam was done. I came in with severe leg pain (burning and numbness), ongoing all day, and was NOT seen by a medical provider and was NOT provided a medical screening exam. They called in people (old and young) who came before me and after me and just kept telling me to wait. Cannot believe I am in the American medical care system. Worst experience ever! Shame on the entire staff and hospital!

I’ve accompanied my ex husband on several emergency runs and it has always been tedious and messy (he frequents the VA in Oakland) so I do my best to avoid going for anything for myself and try and power thru… I slipped and fell on a hike and I just couldn’t deal with the pain anymore so I went in tonight and I barely had to wait to be seen. The attendee(?) Deborah Bergman was thorough and the nurses Will and Nikki were amazing. I won’t be scared or intimidated about going to the ER ever again because the experience tonight was so smooth and easy.

I had a medical procedure at Seton Medical Center on 4/29/2021 and had a pleasure of having Dr. Stephen Abedon perform the procedure. He was very professional, very meticulous, gentle and proficient. Dr. Abedon gave instructions in a very calm manner. I did not even notice that the procedure was over until he said it was done. Nurses Debbie, Liz and the male radiology technician were all wonderful the whole time I was under their care. Nurse Elvie F. was very nice and caring when she was assisting me at the recovery room (PACU). She even made a follow up call the day after the procedure to check

They didn't make my girlfriend aware that she could insert the ultrasound wand herself. Healthcare is pretty serious business and shouldn't be taken lightly. She later found out that doctors and nurses are supposed to offer (or at least make the patient aware of) the option to let patients do the insertion themselves rather than the professionals. And there was some poor communication with the ultrasound results... They didn't send them to my girlfriend OR to Stanford, which is where they referred her after the scans. Then we had to make sure the scans got sent to Stanford, and we ended up feeling

To Jed who helped discharged my grandfather,
Thank you for helping him out safe. I just wish you had return the correct belongings instead of giving us some random person belongings who might have contaminated clothing. Are you supposed to just really give out random people's clothing during a pandemic?? Thanks for doing your job as best as you can. Stay safe
