I typically don't take time to do reviews for stuff online but this has by far been the most unprofessional and rude encounter I've had in my life. I recently purchased a home and noticed some issues with the lawn sprinkler system. Naturally, I contacted the company listed on the control panel which is Signature Sprinkler Services. Initially, I left a voicemail as noone answered when I called. I explained that I had purchased the home and was having issues with the sprinklers and as such needed to have a conversation about possible solutions. Travis goes above and beyond for his customers. He doesn't just come and do the job, he gets to know you and your lawn needs. I have an older system and he had the correct knowledge to know how to service it. When Items need to be replaced he is fair and honest and uses excellent equipment. I have been using Travis for years and I wouldn't consider any one else. He is fast and efficient and makes sure that your lawn is taken care of.

We use Travis Moe at Signature Sprinkler Services for all our lawn irrigation projects including our home. He uses the best quality products with the best service and good fair prices!!! I highly recommend him.

Travis has come out on two separate occasions in the past few weeks. I had recently bought a house with a massive sprinkler system that needed some work to be functional.
In both cases, they were highly professional and took time to understand my needs. They are going to be the exclusive company I use for my sprinkler system. They were also extremely affordable.

This company was very professional in all aspects of the work and services provided. After reading the poor review on Google I was apprehensive to call. I took a chance and have since recommended them to at least eight other people. This isn't a perfect world but my experiences with this company has been very good.

Initially Travis was the cheapest bid. Now I know why. It took him three days and four different trips out to finish the job. My neighbor had his done in a day. He won't return your phone calls, and when or if you get Travis to come out, he acts like he's doing you a favor. He hires sub par workers and does not plan out well at all where the sprinkler heads are so you have many dead areas with no water reaching them. Do not hire this guy, you will regret it like I have!!!
