Paul Hensley...Horrible attorney. Stay clear of this firm and Paul. He basically sold out to what was best for him and not for his client. Lancaster is known as the "Good'ol boy" club and Paul was too busy trying to fit in and not fighting for his client. He made one bad decision after another and I will never recover from it.
Any attorney that can't show you detailed billing on where your money is going is shady. This firm does not believe in detail billing, or they didn't at least when they were representing me. I had no idea what I was paying for and since I

Utilized the firm working with Ben Swain and the results exceeded my expectations.
I was dealing with a contract issue for a house I was purchasing and had no idea how to handle it. I was properly advised/guided throughout the process and things got buttoned up very efficiently... Ben was very easy to communicate with and showed that he cared about resolving our headache.
I would not hesitate in using them again in the future.

I contacted Stebelton Snider regarding an injury dispute with a former landlord. I worked with John, Maurice, and Elizabeth and had the most positive experience I could have imagined. They were so responsive to any question I had, answering quickly but also thoroughly. They made sure to keep me involved throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need of legal consultation. Their professionalism and personability turned a seemingly daunting ordeal into an overall positive one.
