Really easy to schedule...I used yelp for initial contact and they gave me a number to call and fair & reliable quote.We had lots of luggage/gear for a winter snowboarding trip.The large suv was clean and on time .Definitely Will us them again.

Great company to get from the airport to anywhere in the San Francisco area. They were on time, courteous, and all drivers are vaccinated for Covid 19. They clean between each trip. This would have been 5 stars if they would have offered to stop at a store for refreshments while at your hotel.

From booking online to the finale of our trip the service was incredible. I highly recommend them. My boyfriend and I used their private driver service for our wine testing tour in Sonoma. Our driver was pleasant, respectful and always on time. I'll definitely use their service again when I'm back in the area.

We contacted MGL Limo thru Yelp for a quote only 4 days out from our Napa trip and they responded and found a driver to accommodate us on our wine tasting tour. We booked a Cadillac Sedan but our driver showed up in an Escalade, which was a pleasant surprise. Our driver was friendly and professional, and very accommodating when we asked to make a couple stops in between tastings. The drivers are all contractors so it's your standard black suit and tie / formal driver who wasn't as chatty as some of the smaller business car companies in the area, but very professional. Would recommend

Positives I experienced - 1) responsive with multiple questions I had about the arrangements 2) 24/7 Service -their dispatch lady even at 1:30 a.m. was wonderful 3) Driver was prompt and very professional 4) good driving skills and comfortable ride home (1.5 hrs) 5) car was clean. Awesome ride - great service. Got to ride in a new Escalade. Did a last minute booking and they were able to squeeze me in on a after hours flight. Didn't trust Uber/ Lyft on covid cleanliness and opted to stick with a limo service instead. My new go to limo service for future trips.

MGL was very easy to work with and provided great service. I just submitted a request online and voila! Everything was set up. My driver arrived on time and everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend and will use MGL again.

Excellent experience. We used MGL for a day trip to Napa for wine tasting. Good pre trip communication via text and email. Our driver,Mugi, was fantastic. Super polite, professional and prompt. The escalade was roomy and comfortable for our party of 6, very clean and had hand sanitizer. (Mugi wore a mask the whole time). Highly recommend and will use again. Thank you Mugi!

AMAZING experience on a ride that could have been stressful. Two kids, a dog, and a bunch of luggage to the airport. Driver was early, SUPER helpful, and incredibly friendly. HIGHLY recommend!

Easy to book and super helpful staff explaining all the rates with no surprises. Requested a Car Service with Child Car Seat for my family for an early departure from SFO. Driver showed up 15 minutes before and helped us with our luggage and the Child Car Seat was already installed safe and secured. Will definitely recommend Mgl limo for a family travel.

BEWARE. WARNING. TO. NOT. TOUCH. These guys are crooks. They claimed we sent them fake ID and credit card information which wasn’t pack real which they undoubtedly will try and use. UNBELIEVABLE. They might look legit. They’re not.
