We needed a shuttle for a wedding. I spoke to Patrick who coordinated the driver and the schedule both by email and text. Since this was last minute, we only had a few days to get everything planned out. He did a great job and exercised a lot of patience with the last minute changes. Up to a couple of hours before the wedding, we needed to change one of the drop off addresses. To top that off, the party was so much fun it went past the scheduled time that the bride and groom were delayed at the end. Not a hint of stress from them, just patience and accommodating. You really can't ask for more

Patrick is amazing. He has been supporting me for the last 3 weeks, delivering food from restaurants even when they are open. I have an underlying condition so I don't go to grocery stores. I didn't even order take out food for 2 months - just cooking at home.Patrick is my savior - he came to my rescue - I honestly though when I called Lillian's and they were open Patrick wouldn't deliver. He remembered my name, my accent, my address and delivered my food on time. Thank you Patrick for your service. I hope I can use you next Friday too!

Huge shout out to Patrick and Subshuttle for helping out restaurants during these unstable times. We ordered food from Lillians and subshuttle delivered it to us for free-- Unlike commercial delivery services like Uber eats and GrubHub, sub shuttle does not take a percentage from our local restaurants.

We highly recommend SubShuttle. Patrick and his team provided shuttle services for guests of our daughter's/son-in-law's wedding in Big Sur. Patrick was extremely thorough, professional, punctual and so accommodating. (Subshuttle also provided shuttle service from/to Big Sur/Carmel for the Welcome Cocktail event (the night before) for wedding family and wedding party.) Patrick was super attentive and helpful for my entire booking process, as we were booking from out of town for our May wedding. The day we got married was a cold and rainy day and Patrick was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel like a princess, which was totally not within his job description, but he did it anyway! For the second year in a row Patrick arranged transportation for our party to an event in Pebble Beach. This year our driver, David, arrived promptly and then met us exactly on time for our rife home. The black Suburban was spotless and we were very pleased. I recommend Sub Shuttle highly.

We used subshuttle for our transportation to and from a wedding at Camp Campbell in Boulder Creek and Subshuttle did a great job! I was nervous since I was not going to be on the shuttle to coordinate but they did a great job, were on time and didn't miss any of the guests. Patrick went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable that everything was handled. Our guests were very grateful for this shuttle to and from the redwoods on Highway 9, a dark, twisty and rather dangerous road, particularly for out of town guests who are not familiar with the road.

I recently stayed at the Chaminde resort at Santa Cruz, I left early one of the evenings to go back home to the South Bay. 2 Uber drivers canceled on me after making me wait 20 mins and finding out that I am going outside Santa Cruz. While I was enquiring at the reception if there are any taxi options, Patrick who was also at the reception by chance offered to drive me home 45 mins in his Chevy Suburban. He had no incentive to do it, I didn't have to pay him either, he just helped out a stranded guest at Chaminade.

Usage: I hired SubShuttle for two separate round-trip trips to shuttle high school students to and from camp sites in Northern California and Santa Cruz.
Communication: I used the main e-mail and got a response from the Owner, Patrick. He was very prompt in his response and extremely accommodating for our trip needs. We had a quick phone conversation to make sure everything was squared away.
Payment: When my check didn't arrive on time (I submitted the request to work a bit late), Patrick gave me a call and we took care of everything

Was in Santa Cruz for a work offsite, but had to leave a day early to get back to Alameda to take care of daughters who were ill. Knew that Uber drivers were going to be tough, so tried a shuttle service. The front desk highly recommended SubShuttle, and she was right. Patrick was fantastic. I ideally wanted to get a shuttle within the hour, and he came through. He actually moved a few things out of his own schedule and drove me himself instead of one of his drivers! The car was clean and the service was excellent. The drive was smooth
