I've tired renting from this property for three days now and she(the manager onsite) , discriminately will not rent to me. I've been coming to the property visiting friends currently staying here and I believe that is her reasoning for not renting me a room. Even though there are at least three rooms I've seen and know is available. She is also extremely rude even an reservation representative said she was extremely rude and disrespectful. She is crochet and very bios...and does a lot of illegal work with and against renters. All to her advantage. The house keeping are very lazy, unprofessional

It is a little run down because it is an older property, but the rooms are decent, the bed is comfy and I love the mirrors they have in the room and bathroom. However , above anything I would suggest this place to anyone because they care about their locals. Everywhere else has sold out, and ultimately truly contributed to the homeless problem , but not the desert rose! For that, thank you!! Plus they have the coolest pool side rooms😉

Unfortunately, this is a pretty shady place. The non-smoking rooms stink of years of smoking but recently masked with some kind of attempted scent cover up. The rooms are cheap in cost if you're looking for a bargain but this is not a place to take a young family that's for sure. The check in lady was nice and cordial so that was a positive.
