Dr. Jade Gan was born and raised in Manitoba, Canada and then moved to a small town in Indiana before moving to the Greater Seattle area. She attended Seattle University, where she graduated cum laude and completed a double degree in both Mathematics and General Science with Pre-Professional Specialization in addition to her Minor in Studio Art.

Your first visit here at Genuine Smiles will typically consist of a cleaning, an examination, and a review of your treatment options.

Dr. Gan has been the most unique and empathetic dentist I have ever had the pleasure to go to. Much like some of the other reviewers here, I have anxiety about going to the dentist from various past experiences. Dr. Gan was so calm, attentive, kind, and even went out of her way to talk to me to get to know me.
That small gesture meant so much and I am sincerely grateful for that action as it broke the barrier for my anxiety. I have not hesitated to make further appointments for my teeth and have actually boasted about my experience to my partner and my mother (the ever avid-teeth-obsessed). j

Dr.Gan was my dentist for a couple years at another location before leaving to start her own practice. After trying out multiple different dentists, I was thrilled when I found her again! She is the most personable, attentive, caring, and patient person one could meet, as well as knowledgeable, empathetic and honest. Her and her team are all exceptionally kind and welcoming, they take their time to do an excellent job and adjust to every individuals personal needs. The office is cozy, spotless and they have a cute puppy :) . Congratulations on opening your own practice, I look forward to each appointment
