The service department at Tooele Valley is phenomenal! Brandon kept me updated every step of the way on the status of my repairs, parts on order etc. I never have to wonder what’s going on with my machine. I’ve also had nothing but great experiences with new purchases and warranties. Joel and Pat have both been a huge help and made the purchase process smooth and easy. Bought a Can am Max 3 from this place , had a minor problem with it , parts at manufacturer warehouse were back ordered , explained the inconvenience to the manager Dereck and he definitely went out of his way to fix the problem. This guys are very recommended. Service and sales guys and definitely Dereck are very professional and great people. Thank you Guys

Bought a Defender from Pat out here. Experience was fantastic. Great communication while we waited for the unit to ship. He intuitively new I needed a trailer and found the right one and proactive called me so we were not scrambling at the last minute when the unit shipped. The actual buying process was great too. I had a limited amount of time as I had to get back to the office and Pat had everything ready when I got there. We quickly did the paperwork and I was on my way. I drove past at least one and probably two Can Am dealers to get to TVM. Service matters.

Not impressed. I do not recommend and would not buy here again. I am not a fan of places that are no longer providing customer service since they don't "have to" because it is such a seller's market and we are dependent on them. We ordered a machine months ago which I know has nothing to do with the dealer, but I was continually the one that had to reach out, they were terrible at returning phone calls.
Once it was our turn to get the machine I notified them 3 times the day we were coming and if anything was needed. We got there and had to wait 2 hours before we could sit down with the finance

Just had my KRX in for warranty work on the clutches,Nick, Brandon and the shop was great as always, took it in that morning and that afternoon they called me and said my machine was ready. Nick and his team has always taken care of all my needs I won’t go no where else. Best place in Tooele and Utah to do business with,Thanks guys.

My experience was exceptional. Came from out of town to purchase a Maverick Sport Max and enclosed trailer. Worked with N8 (Nate) for a couple of months on the deal until the rig and trailer arrived. N8 was honesty and very helpful through it all. Had a couple of minor things to get worked out, but he was all over it to get them remedied. The purchasing process was smooth and easily. Thanks N8!

Nick and his team are totally awesome 👍 From start to finish they really go the extra mile. We ordered our Genesis 37CRXL from them. Pat, Joel, and Nick really helped us get what we wanted and then some. After a few trips we needed some warranty work done. Mike, Brandon and Derek made sure it was in perfect working order. Wow!!! What can I say... we have bought a snowmobile from Nick previous and was an excellent experience, so now it was time to purchase our CanAm so of course we went back to TVM and looked for Nick, we placed our order with a down payment, while waiting for our CanAm there were several emails back and forth regarding accessories we wanted to add. It was now time to go pick up our machine, when we walked in the door we were greeted and showed our machine, all the accessories were on and it was beautiful, Nick took the time to go over every detail while doing so he felt the stereo didn't sound right
