Interesting that Tyler W does not respond to Bri M. or Tim F. reviews. The truth that what they say is accurate. Also, his responds to my review is inaccurate. There is obviously more than one camera installment this company has done. When you call the number listed, no one still answers. If you look at the Better Business Bureau, Tyler is threatening the customers....

Tyler installed a camera system, and the entire savant system on my home. At first he was super nice, knowledgeable and always returned calls. However, once the system was complete and after spending a FORTUNE, we have had nothing but constant problems. We also never had access to our camera footage-only he did. Which was weird. The system DOESN'T WORK more than DOES. We reached out several times to Tyler who suddenly became less responsive and unreliable. We have reached out to a total of 3 other savant certified company's and they have ALL informed us that our system needs to be rewired

After break-in while I was out of town, I decided it was time for security cameras. Tyler was the first person I called and it was the best decision I ever made. After SilverGate came out to set up the cameras, Tyler himself came out and showed me how to use the app and made sure that the work was exactly how he would want it if it were his own house! After SilverGate exceeded my expectations, I called them back and had them set up speakers around my garage and I absolutely love them! Tyler has an amazing knowledge of how sound travels and it feels like I’m at a concert in my own garage! Thank

SilverGate installed a security camera system at my business a few years back. We've had a few hiccups along the way, but the previous owner, Casey, was always quick to assist and help us get things back on track. We are currently having technical problems with the system and I have called, texted, and emailed Tyler. I have also gone to the website and filled out a contact form and there has been zero follow up. It's been very frustrating as I have a very expensive camera system that doesn't work at all. I have a mild understanding of the tech and recieved quotes from best buy and several other providers. They all wanted to oversell me or recommend the wrong equipment for the job. Silvergate came by and I could tell right away Tyler knew what he was taking about. Chris and Tyler completed the install clean and easy.
Comcast had my internet delivery at a quarter of the speed I was paying. Tyler called them during the install. The very next day a huge Comcast truck was In the alley fixing the issue outside. Internet is lightning fast now and I didn't have to suffer through customer service. no time

I didn't know what I was missing until I came across these guys. They installed a Savant system in my new house and life has been so much easier since, from streaming content throughout the house to setting mood lighting and arming security, I don't know how to go back to a conventional remove. If you're in the market, definitely try them out!

Tyler agreed to do my project in downtown condo. Project scope was to wire the condo for in-ceiling speakers, install in-ceiling speakers, setup home theatre and install control system. He pushed for Martin Loagn speakers as he is a dealer for those. However I was interested in Bowers & Wilkins speakers and I let him know that. There was a leak in my condo for which ceiling needed to cut open. I called Ryan, he came the next day to run the speaker wires as it is easier to tun those once the ceiling is open.
