Richard came into our apartment and was respectful fast at his job and efficient. He was very clear with directions on if we needed to adjust the mount, or tilt the mount we are very happy with the results and we will be sending recommendations to this company. Rich was very professional from the beginning. He was also very thorough, which really catered to my OCDness. I have to say Rich is very good at his job and will make sure the installation is done right the first time. He is super knowledgeable and great to work with. Fair pricing too! We had a really good conversation as the job progressed. I always look for someone who is easy to talk too. I really enjoy my setup!

Steve is a great guy. Was having an issue with an Amp that I purchased. I called LuxeHome Theater and Steve agreed to come out and help me troubleshoot the issues. In just a few hours we had done some rewriting and testing and my system was back up and running better than before. I would highly recommend them for any of your home automation needs.

Steve was great and incredibly responsive. I described my current issues with my home theater setup, he came in, took a look and made a solid recommendation on what needed to be done to fix the issues. In addition to updating my home theater controls, he installed/replaced two new flat screens, one mounted and the other on a stand. What stood out the most was how incredibly considerate he was. Had a great experience with LuxeHome Theater. Steve rewired my home theater and improved everything. Then he installed a video security system which is flawless. His after market service is outstanding; he is always available to take a call and do any troubleshooting when needed. I can't recommend LuxeHome Theater enough.

I'm giving Luxe 5 stars!!! Steve was able to get us set up with DirecTV after almost 3 weeks of no TV! The tech that came out to get us set up was courteous and thorough. He explained why it was so hard to get us set up. Our apartment is wired with some older wiring, that did stop the tech from getting us what we needed!

02/06/2016: Super Bowl eve and of course my SWiM goes out on my Directv. Phone call to Directv leads to a service appointment for 02/09/16 which is 2 days to late per I have 18 people coming over for the big game. One call to Steven and he has a guy (rich) out within the hour and replaced a few things and got me back up and running. Couldn't ask for better and more professional service! Highly recommend these guys.
