I have been doing business with Marietta Trophy for about 30 years and they have never failed me. The companies I used to work for, you may recognize. ROLM, Siemens, IBM. Stan Cain used to help be create custom awards for my employees when I worked for Siemens. One was a light bulb that Siemens made and was about 100 years old. I had purchased off of eBay and Stan helped me create the "Bright Idea" award by mounting it on a beautiful piece of wood, protected by a plexiglass cubical, engraved with my employees name and award name. Another award comes to mind in framing a Reichsmark banknote from1929

I was in need of a label for an urn for an upcoming funeral service. I stopped by this location to order the label to add. I brought the urn in with me. It was measured to make sure the size was correct, then I shared what I wanted it to look like.
The customer service however was questionable. It seemed to me as though I wasn't welcomed in this facility. Almost like... I'll do business with you because it's my job, not because I want to. Knowing that this was for a funeral and we were printing something beautiful for a loved one that just passed away a few days ago... not a single "my condolences

We have always used Marietta Trophy and never had any issues in the past. This time has been the worst experience. We placed our order and it took over 2 months to receive the order and it was incorrect we were going to let it slid until we notice the names on the trophies weren't even correct and the pictures on the plaques had cut some of the players heads off. Once we returned them it took another month to have them redone. We got them back the 2 of the plaques had the wrong information on them. We dropped them off to be fixed and they acted as though it was our fault. Had they sent over

This company's product is quality and fast, however their process and customer service leaves much to be desired. I asked multiple times for a proof of the work prior to purchase--both by phone and in writing-- and never received it. Proofs should be standard practice in this industry. Eventually, time ran out and I just had to pick up the product. Thank goodness it was fine, because had there been an error I would have been screwed. Furthermore, the company was hardly apologetic for their unprofessionalism. For me it all worked out in the end, but not because of Marietta Trophy. I
