Came to Ray with a rush order. He absolutely met all expectations. Prices very reasonable.

Completely rude and uninterested in my business. Told me to go somewhere else. I had 20 graduation gifts to engrave and he barely wanted to speak with me. I will find someone who appreciates my business rather than be annoyed by it.

They did a really good job with both of my awards and got them to me in a timely manner.

Got a custom nameplate for a friend close to Christmas. Reasonable prices, exceptional customer service, and a speedy turn around even though I had procrastinated. Wonderful friendly folks that really provide a polished product.

I've been a regular customer at Metro for about 8 years, and they continue to do an outstanding job. I'm a small time customer -- maybe 8-10 awards per year -- but Ray and his team treat us like we're their only customer.
