This place strikes me as more of a fitness yoga studio than meditation and relaxation. Not necessarily a bad thing if that's what you like, but it's not my preferred style.
The studio recently moved and is now in a new location. I don't particularly like the building. It feels very industrial and the hallways are always dirty when walking in bare feet. I have other cleanliness concerns as well.
I started going here for aerial yoga and noticed the hammocks seemed a bit grimey, then funny enough the owner mentioned that she isn't able to clean them during the winter because

I confess, I walked in when the TRX (I think that's what it's called?) class was winding down and I was a little scared! (More to the point, I was exhausted just watching it! Woah, kudos to the women in the class. But also a little curious and if I had more time out here in PA, I might go try it... perhaps next time!)
But I went for yoga because yoga is what I do. I was determined not to completely skip out on my yoga practice, as usual, during my trip back east to visit family. I found two really great studios to try and Moondog is one of them. I have pretty high standards as a teacher

A great energy in this studio! I take a Sunday morning class most often, lead by June. This All Levels class is lead in a way that a beginner can give it a shot, and someone who has been doing yoga for quite some time will still find them self challenged. Their restorative classes are quite a treat!
The space itself it open and airy, and has the class in more a circle format instead of the typical row by row of yoga mats, making it feel very welcoming!

I'm writing strictly about the massage business that is located instead of the yoga studio as I've never taken a yoga class there. The masseuse/owner was friendly. One thing to note is her focus is on therapeutic massage so if you're looking for a Swedish or sports massage, this might not be the place for you. Also, the "waiting room" is basically just a sectioned off area from the yoga studio which made it VERY uncomfortable while I was waiting for my appointment (thankfully the massage room itself wasn't that hot). It got to be in the 80's in that room!! .Also
