A layer of our product is troweled over the flashings and set in a bed of reinforcing metal lathing with no color added. Once all trades are finished, the Third Layer is installed with the selected color using a hopper to acquire the desired texture. Finally, a roll-on Color Layer of the same polymer is applied with a High Traffic Clear Seal Coat.

UNPROFESSIONAL. Simply put, this company is not mindful of your time and schedule. They gave me a set time, and when I HAD TO follow up to confirm (something that a professional company would do on their own), not only did they not confirm, they didn’t respond to my phone call, and then said they would come an hour after the original time, and never showed up or answered our phone calls.
Not courteous and respectful of the customers time and schedule, we all have work and a schedule , but they don’t take your schedule into consideration AT ALL. Wasted half of my morning, and had other relatives

Set an appointment for Houston Waterproofing to come and look at my balcony, which is leaking. They never showed or returned my phone calls. Wasted half of my day waiting on them. I'm finding it next to impossible to find a reputable, honest, and quality company that waterproofs balconies in the Lake Conroe area. May be a great business opportunity for someone!

Terrible company! They ripped me off. They came and installed a deck after I had a leak. The deck they installed cracked and leaked. They came out a second time and installed a fiber glass coating under the deck which of course they charged me for. The second deck cracked and leaked. They came out a third time and charged me to rip up the old decks then installed a third deck that is so thin that it doesn't even slope correctly and the flashing is exposed. Avoid these con artists.
