We are often asked why roof coatings are so effective. There are several reasons. I hired Michael Williamson to re-seal and re-level a rooftop patio to prevent it from leaking. They were professional, on-time, and offered a fair price, but the deck continued to leak after they finished. I had to hire another contractor to visit and give a second opinion, and they said the work quality of the waterproofing was the worst they've ever seen, and they've seen similar quality with other previous clients of jobs Total Waterproofing.
