I’ve been trying to get my taxes done with her for over a month . She’s had them told us she will call back and never once did or attempted to . I called 10 Times in one hour for no one to respond . Don’t waste you’re money or time with her! Should of stop coming here once Mario had passed away .

Needs more improvement on there out of state customers. An customer service needs to be extremely improved more. They always say they will call back an take a message but either one never happens. An they also ask for you to go online as well. Unfortunately after 9 years I had to find a new person to help wit my taxes. Best of luck to this company

I don't recomend this place at all..I cant never get a hold of anybody always tell you they'll give you a call back but they don't and to top it all off they charge to much to do your tax refund.and for an extension they charge 100.00 when you can just do it for free in other places.won't be going back there.

I wish it was possible to give no stars at all!! This place is horrible, they had me waiting almost 3 hours to get TWO papers back! TWO!! They overcharge and they don't even tell you how much you'll be paying until they have all the paperwork ready. Saying it can be from $50 to $250. Depending how many forms you have, yet someone who went in with 3 forms is getting charged $80 and getting a good amount of money back, I'm told I have to pay $100 just to get $208 back, NOPE! They don't do your taxes in front of you, you have to leave them and let someone do all the work and they

BUYER BEWARE. I am now being audited because Jimenez Tax screwed up my taxes so bad. They provided false information to the IRS and now I'm the one left holding the bag. I contacted them several times about their error and their response was basically, "you're on your own". Do not get your taxes done here.

It was very difficult to get a hold of anyone when calling. When I did get a hold of someone, I was promised a call back and that never occurred. I had to call multiple times! I did receive a a decent amount of money back but the whole process took longer than it should have. They made a mistake and it took a while to make corrections. I don't think I will be coming back.

I've been going to jimenez tax service for the last 22 years. They were always really good and I was always happy with their service. HOWEVER, I wouldn't let them touch my taxes ever again. Never again. I gave them chance after chance and this year was the last time. They messed up on my taxes (and also messed up on my friends taxes who went there for thr last 2 years) and they CHARGED ME $68 to fix them!

I have been coming here for 6 years my husband for Over 9 years i have never had a problem until now this is the last year I do my taxes here ever again!! My taxes where done super sloppy by Letty added an extra dependent so I had to keep going back and for been waiting for my taxes going on 2 months, I call to ask about my tax return and they ignore my call!! They ask for my number and say they will call back and never do, this has been going on for 3 WEEKS NOW!! They have just been giving me the run around! And the receptionist says I will make sure they call you back they never do I have been

Mario jimenez is the "tax guy". You need to come ask for him. They open at 6am so come early. If you've never been here, bring last years taxes and see if they missed anything. I've been coming here for 12 years. This place is amazing and are very helpful. I would recommend Mario to everyone. Maximize your return people.

I've been going here for the past 11 years. They are really wonderful. They are very accommodating and friendly. Awesome Customer Service. Mario is the CPA and he and his staff is very thorough. He will let you know what needs to be done on your taxes. Letti is also wonderful. They also do bookkeeping.
