When I called or made an appointment in the beginning Sandy was always available. I paid Sandy $350.00 to have Ramsey prepare my taxes. Sandy also asked me for a $500.00 deposit that would go towards other tax work I needed. The tax expenses that Ramsey prepared were all falsified. I couldn’t use it! I’ve made appointments with Sandy, but she was a no show. I’ve called & texted to make an appointment, but she is always too busy. I just kept getting the run around from Sandy. Now she tells me that she no longer works for the company & I need to talk to Ramsey the owner. I call R.E.M. & leave

Go to REM at your own risk. I got great service by a young man. But after the service, never got paid. Never had anyone reply to my questions. One year, I had to go in person because Ramsey forgot to submit. Pay less? Get more money promised ? Maybe. But what happens when they completely treat you as a second hand customer. We are all latino Americans. Let's support businesses that support us. REM, you really let me down. Not a good look for business. Especially, when you have men like me who will keep on seeking answers. Let me down? Chances are there are many others like me let down. This display

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! I decided to do my taxes with Ramsey this year because my parents convinced me on doing so. Since I live across the country, I had to communicate with them via text, email and calls. In the beginning, everything seemed normal but as we approached tax day their unnerving unprofessionalism started to seep through. At some point they stopped replying to me. In total, I sent them 3 text messages, 8 emails, and 14 calls. I spoke to two assistants and Ramsey himself. I was told they would call me back. They did not. I was told my taxes were ready. They were not.

Had an 11 o clock appointment and waited 2 hours for Ramsey , he never showed I end up doing my taxes with someone else from the office , if your thinking about doing your taxes with them save your time and just go somewhere else these people are nothing special, the guy ahead of me was here since 9:30 waiting for Ramsey also
