Ignore the recent bad reviews, this place is great! I go in whenever I stay at my mother's house. Always the best pizza and service. Compliments to the chef also! I hope you know your pizza is killer! Much love. All the workers and cooks are always super nice, friendly, and respectful. I'll always come here and support this awesome business. And ill be getting another pizza tomorrow, the best in dover. Do not hesitate to stop in! I can promise you, you'll be glad you did.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. I heard the food was good, but I couldn't even make it out of my vehicle before the man was screaming he was going to TOW MY CAR. I have never been so insulted IN MY LIFE. An apology is definitely owed, DISGUSTING Behavior on the owner's part.

Ordered a large turkey sub with American cheese and everything but onions. I got home to find onions on my sandwich and no turkey or American cheese. Mind you, the outside of my sandwich said “turkey” and a worker came running into after my fiancé to tell us that they had given us the wrong sandwiches…well they still couldn’t get it right apparently. We do not live in the area, I had tried calling the store but no one answered. Very disappointing since the reviews were so great. Spent money on sandwiches I couldn’t even eat so not very impressed.

We love their steak and cheese sub! Ordered a few times from this shop and always had a great experience! Would recommend!!

I order subs for my staff monthly but on those occasions when the owner isn’t there, the bread is less fresh and they use less meat. When you are looking forward to a Katz sub, find out if the owner is on duty. when you are referring people to the deli, you want to make sure they are getting what they are described.

My second time in Katz's,first time my sub was so gross I couldn't eat it. I just got back from getting an Italian sub and onion rings figuring that I would give this place the benefit of the doubt. Boy,was I wrong about trying it again, the onion rings are over cooked to the point where the onion is coming out of the burnt batter,black. I got a small Italian sub with everything but hots and just oil.Sub is missing the oil and besides that the sub in general doesn't taste good. I would give 0 stars but that's not an option.

I took out a steak bomb pizza, it was really good. I would definitely eat there again. My only suggestion would be keep the place a little cleaner as it was kind of dingy.

Allow me to preface this review with this: the food and people are great.
The big problem here is that the prices that you see online, pictures of the menu, etc etc are all wrong. Ordered an Italian and a calzone and it was over 30$. The Italian in the picture i saw was 7.5$ and the calzone was 15.5$.
You will be paying significantly more than the "mom's and pop's" prices that you see online. Fair warning.

Fast and friendly staff. Always good subs and for a decent price as well.
