When first moving into Midland, we were stuck with just this place being immediately available and "reasonable" rent. We signed a lease at $`1800 a month. After moving in, we heard many stories of multiple people being forced to move out after the rate hikes increased their rent (for our same size apartment) by $1000, from $800 to $1800 and no increased amenities or butler service.
The wool was pulled over our eyes and we were told the apartment we would be in was freshly painted, freshly cleaned, new flooring, and so much more.

When I went in and toured the property, Juan was very professional and attentive to my needs. The office staff was great and very nice. They were all joining together as a great team in order to make me feel at home. I am definitely looking forward to living at Aviare Place. I love their pet park and the fact that they have a 24hr gym as well.

I recently moved in the apartment. It is better than what I had initially expected. The manager Sarah Rodriguez was also quick to respond on emails and made my move very smooth. My apartment had just minor issues which I talked to her and got it fixed within few days. I would recommend this place to live. It is affordable and nice.
