When Bob Quinn started the Quinn Agency Real Estate in 1961, he began a tradition of excellence that resonates with us to this day. Bob Quinn's roots are in the Bangor Area. He graduated from John Bapst High School and the University of Maine before attending Georgetown Law School. He became a Real Estate Broker in 1959 and brought his talents back to Bangor.

Run far away. When JGQ Property Management bought my apartment building in 2002, it was all downhill after that. The previous landlord, who lived out of state, was far more diligent and responsive to tenants. In the 14 years I had to deal with Joseph Quinn, maintenance problems accumulated: leaking ceilings, no heat, broken windows, squirrels and birds taking up residence in the attic, mold. You name it, it happened. And not once did Quinn ever fix the problem. Leaking ceiling? Buy a bucket somewhere in the middle of the night and try to find the leak in the attic. Yes, that was his suggestion
