Phil was so great to us. Sacrificing his evenings and weekends to show us homes so we could see them on our schedule. He never tried to over sell or put us into a house that wouldn't have been a good fit for my family.
Adams Real Estate put me into my first home and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to move or get into their first place.

Not impressed. We did all the work they made all the ccommission. We showed ourselves the house. Agent only traveled half way for us to sign papers. Then no one from office shows up to closing. Feel we should get some of the commision that was over $8, 000 seeing we did 99% of the work. Glad I was able to get your lockbox of my door otherwise I'd still have that eyesore. I'd give less stars if I could, they deserve negative stars.

I could never reach my agent either by cell or at the office and occasionally when I did he was playing golf. He actually put his cell phone down one day so he could putt. I feel that if you are going to take a commission from my transaction you should at least earn that commission. And on a side note, there is a small dog in the office that actually took a
