Shan came out immediately to give me a quote for some gutter work after I suffered some leaking in my basement. He told me my gutters were fine and did not need to be replaced, although I needed to fix some specific areas and get new gutter guards. He started work on time, finished on time, and was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He provided excellent service and did not try to upsell me. I would heartily recommend him to anyone.

Shan is a local business man who puts his name on the business, I asked for a quote for gutters and gutter guards after Shan came out to do a repair on my old gutters. His price was fair and he offered several ideas on how to improve the gutter layout. He also provided a written quote. He called ahead the day before installation which was greatly appreciated. The crew checked in with my wife to confirm the gutter color BEFORE they began any work. They were polite, professional and cleaned us everything when they were finished. Shan's roofing just finished replacing our 20+ year old roof. His crew was excellent and the roof looks great. His estimate was reasonable and his flexibility with start/finish date was helpful. We had the roof done this fall. and had gutters with guards added. He is very hands on company and answered my phone calls every time. No middle man, you just call him. He is a very detail oriented and came back after the work was done to clean off marks on our beige vinyl siding. Very pleased with the job they did. Our roof was finished in a day, workers were here for 13 hrs. I would highly recommend this

I did a great deal of research for our roof replacement and met with multiple roofing companies for estimates. The replacement started from a slow roof leak that I discovered in our garage attic. Shan was prompt, professional, and took time explaining how to remedy the leak from his many years of experience. Based on age of the rest of the roof we decided to do the full replacement. I'm grateful for a job done really well, a timely a respectful crew, and a great finished project. Highly recommend.

Fast! Excellent work! Great Price! I had a gutter take some damage during the winter. Shan came out the next day with a price to repair, rehang the existing gutter instead of replacing with new. He even gave a great price to add in screens to make it easier to handle the small leaves I have from a nearby tree. I asked him about an issue with my siding to get a price for the future and when I came home it was fixed o charge! I've already recommended him to others!

Just had my new roof installed on Saturday by Shan's Roofing. I am beyond impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and workmanship. I am giving he and his crew a 5 star rating. Shan was doing work at my neighbor's house when I pulled him aside to ask if he could help me with something at my house before he left. The wind had blown off one of my shutters and tore a strip of siding along the way. I had explained in detail what I wanted him to do to repair it and he gave me a quote and offered a small discount if I paid him in cash ($125 as opposed to $150). I agreed to the cash estimate.
He removed part of the siding from over my garage to replace in between the upper windows and reattached the shutter. I paid him and he left. The next day I noticed it was hung
