Camping Upstate NY - Tall Pines will seek to create an environment where campers and their families can enjoy their vacations and create memories together that help them through the difficult times in their life by reminding them of the good times they have had in the past. We hope that our campers will be satisfied with their decision to camp at Tall Pines Campground & Canoeing and will return for another vacation here.
Tall Pines Camping, Upstate NY, is owned by Eddy & Gayle Bennett. Our background is in human services, and after working with foster care, child abuse, education, and social services, we decided that the best way to help people wasn't to attempt to repair damage that has already been done, but rather to give people experiences and tools that help to create strong family bonds and personal peace.

Beautiful Grounds and waterfront sites - I went to Tall Pines Campground with a ladies camping group. This campground is well cared for and maintained by the owners. It had a nice camp store, exceptional bathrooms, waterfront campsites, a dog park, and very large campsites. We went late in the season so we didn't get to use the pool or the canoes and kayaks.
We hope you will enjoy your stay with us! We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. We have been camping for many years and Tall Pines offers so much for the Young and young at heart. We keep going back every year, sites well taken care of. Love seeing the children having so much fun. Many activities, pool, and arcade room, floating on the river. Sitting in front of your campfire on the bank of the river is camping at it's Best! The beauty of the area couldn't be better. Gayle and Eddy are the Best Hosts. Not only very friendly, but so so helpful! We Love this Campground!

Stay out of lot 6! The lot floods very easily! Pool was closed for a day with no notice on the campers app they provide, water was shut off for 3 hours with no warning, fire wood was wet and still green. Arcade room has an overwhelming smell of cat litter. Have to pay for Wi-Fi. The Staff we're nice, good for dogs that like to swim. I would not recommend this campground to anyone.

Our family had a great time camping at Tall Pines. We spent a couple of days (from Friday to Tuesday) tent camping along side some friends who had a trailer. We were on the full hookup sites along the river, which were very nice. We were able to porch the tent beside the concrete pad staying off the site's gravel drive (trailer parking). We spent a lot of time at the pool and floating in there river. While the pool isn't huge, it was very clean and refreshing on the 90+ degree days we experience on our trip. As noted in the directions, make sure you download the app before arriving as you will

Just returned from an enjoyable weekend at Tall Pines. This was our first visit so I was a little skeptical(Just me). The campground itself was very clean and well organized. Sites were a little tighter than we are used to but clean and well cared for. If sites were larger I probably would have given 5 stars. They really pack you in if you stay on the river as we did. Our Kayaking on the river was excellent. We saw 3 bald eagles and a couple of deer crossing the river. We reserved and paid for 2 backrests for the kayaks but there was some kind of problem with the fit up and they would not work
