Had an order for a couple of shirts for my son's football team to be picked up. the order was completed and when it was done they let me know. However when i went in to pick up Items there were maybe 3-4 employes in the main showroom or lobby area. One employee was helping a customer that was there prior to my arrival. The other employees never took the time to say, someone will be with you soon, or sorry for the wait. Instead they acted like i was a statue and ignored me. One woman in particular(heavy set with long graying hair) was the closet to me and I KNOW she saw me but did not extend

I had taken a PomPom jersey in to be monogrammed on the front and screen printed on the back to use as the example for a big order we are about to do. While in the shop we discussed the monograming and exactly what I wanted. She pulled a chart out, I chose the one I wanted, paid and left the shirt with them. I was told to be looking for a proof on the screen print for the back of my shirt. I received the proof and signed off not aware that I was signing off on the monograming for the front as well since that had already been taken care of. When I went to pick up the shirt the back was fine, but

They handled our team shirts and signs and various other things..took 2 months to get done..then when they made the wrong shirt I called and they were as rude as possible and basically it was not their fault but someone else's. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...RUN from them. Not worth your money to support a business like that

Worst service ever. I walked in and no one spoke let alone asked me for what I needed help with. After about 4 minutes someone asked me what I needed help and still wasn't friendly, she proceeds with estimating my quote and goes to the back of the store and comes back with some scrawny lady to tell me that the screen print someone over the phone told me was okay was IMMORAL and they couldn't print it. So they basically wasted me time and I would never recommend this bs establishment to anyone!
