Services
Embroidery is the process of turning a graphic or text into a needle-and-thread work of art for application to a garment or other fabric item. Using state-of-the-art software and multi-head industrial machines, embroidered designs can be simple, one-color designs, or multicolored works of intricate detail.
Durability - Excellent, when applied the heat transfer vinyl will outlast the life of the garment without cracking, peeling, or fading. Look/Feel - Ranges per material. Some materials offer a very soft finish that is matte or dull, while other materials are thick and glossy on the garment. Specialized materials such as flock have their own characteristics as well.

Realizing everybody makes mistakes I tried to give them a second chance the 1st attempt the embroidery is completely illegible. Got some big 12" patches made which she subbed out to somewhere else those came back high quality no problems. I would steer clear there's too many places with high quality machines and great customer service this place is run out of the up stairs in a residential house in a residential neighborhood. It looks to be she is having kids doing the embroidery or something the quality is just lacking I'm thinking at 1 point she used to do it herself or had other machines or

First shirt was done great a few months ago, but when I went back for more recently she assumed placement of the embroidery and re-scaled the design without notifying me if it was okay or not. I was willing to pay even with the issues, but I felt full retail price would be too much considering the problems, although it wasn't a large amount of money.

Fast, professional, fair, and nice pricing! I use Laura for our business shirts (ICU) and am quite please. I'm about to pick up my second order. She's a little far from me but worth it, so I make that trip and will continue to trek out her way for great service and product.

I took some work shirts I purchased to Laura on a Friday, and she had them completed on Monday. I've been getting my company shirts from various companies (EmbroidMe, Queensboro, Wearform) for 10 years, and Monogram Markets is the first to get my company logo completely right without omitting elements. I wish I could give this review ZERO stars. Terrible terrible terrible!!! Laura was incredibly unprofessional. I asked her to monogram one letter on a bag and she did it off center. When I asked for my money back she became irate, being incredibly rude and hung up on me during our phone conversation. I am highly dissapointed with her services and I strongly suggest using another monogramming company in the area.
