Searching for a countertop company is not easy. We found My Stone Keeper through a Google search and sent an inquiry like I had done with several other companies. They responded promptly and Zula was a pleasure… to speak to. She scheduled us with a measurement consultation with Alex which included viewing samples (other companies make you visit their warehouse to see samples). He was very thorough, precise, patient, and accommodating. Their pricing was exceptional and not only beat out the other estimates we received but their phenomenal customer service was outstanding. Excellent - by far - one of the best contractors and installation teams I have ever dealt with. Bagi is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and able to identify any little nuances that (usually) come up. Everything on time and schedule. His installation guys, and construction guy (yes- there were a few changes that needed to made as identified by Bagi - before the work started) are terrific and have a "can-do" attitude. You'll never get this expertise and friendliness from the "big Box" stores or even most large Remodeling Contractors - trust me, I have those experiences before.

I contacted My Stone Keeper, LLC, to get an estimate for granite kitchen counter tops for a small kitchen. The estimate was more than competitive and they treated me and the job as if I was their first priority. The work is outstanding and they are very responsive. My stone keeper just finished my countertops today. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome. For the amazing price we paid for brand new white shaker cabinets and granite countertops, we are very happy! Another great thing about this company is communication. To me, there are 3 important aspects of hiring a contractor to work in my home. Quality, value, and integrity. I methodically went through 4 or 5 granite fabricators before I chose Bagi to redo the counters in our kitchen.
He offered one of the lowest prices, he was fair and flexible, and he is a young guy still trying to make his footing in a competitive market. A few reviewers have dinged him for not always being responsive. I was upfront and said I do not hand holding like a lot of snowflakes in the DC area, but when I leave a message, call me back in a day or two. And indeed he was

Thank you to Facebook Marketplace for leading me to My Stone Keeper. A late nite inquiry of a posting on Marketplace led me to a conversation with Megan. She promptly responded and we outlined an appointment. Megan is fantastic. She walked us through the nuances of selecting and fabricating stone for our specified projects. This included options… available for fabrication and installation. It took me a while to get my granite installed, but it did get installed and it came out beautifully. My Stone Keeper had a few issues but worked to get them resolved and did a great job in the end. I had a large island and several cabinets along the wall and the project came out looking very nice. Bagi was very accommodating and the staff were respectful of my time and focused to get the job done. And they had the best price by far!!! I would highly recommend them.
