Fantastic team of management and maintenance (Maggie and Shane) - the grounds are groomed beautifully, amenities are well maintained and apartment homes are clean and in good repair; (some with balconies, pool views, and even Mountain View’s) Theres a very handy business center and tropical oasis to do homework 📚 too! This community is an unexpected gem 💎

I’ve lived in these apartments since 2013, Shane and Maggie are amazing managers, every request is taken care of quickly and accurately, no questions asked usually the very next day! My apartment looks and is always in top shape and apartment is amazing! I look at people making negative comments and it makes me laugh! Maybe they need to look in a mirror they aren’t the problem you are! I would recommend these apartments to anybody and everybody no questions asked!!

I really enjoy living here. Mountain View has a safe and family friendly atmosphere.Maggie ( property manager) and Shane (maintenance) are amazing. Maggie is a pleasure to work with and I always see Shane working hard on making the community sparkle and shine. I have lived here since May 2020 and was recommended these apartments by multiple friends of mine. I‘m definitely glad I made the move.

I've lived here for 15+ years and love it here. I have seen several managements come and go and Maggie and Shane are by far the BEST!! Maggie is always available to help, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Shane and the maintaince crew are great! They get things done right away and make sure the grounds look good at all times.

I've lived for now for about 2 1/2 years and I just want to give the management team praise for the The upgrades they have done. Also they are stellar with attentiveness and helpfulness of understanding any transitions that take place here. it's my belief that the manager Maggie genuinely cares about her tenants, and their Maintenance is very attentive the fix things If and when they wrong. If you're looking for a gated private community take it from me this is one you'd wanna live at.

In response to the owner who replied to m. t. frnndz. I understand by responding with I quote, "I'm sorry we had to ask you to leave but we had good reasons" is a form of subtle self-defense to protect your image and discredit my review, but I'm sorry you're wrong. I was never asked to leave. Let it be known to all the readers, we left since we were moving out of state and because of the managers ineptitude to care for other apartment residents. Instead, she focused on herself and her husbands "friends". In conclusion to all of this, you're better off living elsewhere especially if you have children

I wish I could give more stars. I moved here from LA with no apartment renting experience and Maggie made all my worries go away. She worked with me on getting a place no hassle. I had always heard horror stories about moving into a clean looking apartment only to be invaded by pests after move in, but I haven't seen one pest at all and I've been here over a year.
