Bob is the owner here and operates a great business. His staff are very professional. Always courteous and helpful and go out of there way to assist you. I have never had a mistake with this pharmacy and my wife loves going here as well

Pharmacist Bob, tech Michelle and other staff are all the excellent. All staff is held to high standards which are always met. I come from afar but I always enjoy coming in to say hello. I once attempted to switch to a pharmacy closer to my house, which happen to be the worse experience. For some reason they tried to over charge me and and the staff there were all quota hires and were all unhappy to be working there. I am happy to be a customer of sunny bay pharmacy. Thank you for all the great service y'all continue to give.

Excellent customer service! I was looking for an over the counter item (finger splint) that was not available at any of the previous pharmacies I had visited. I even tried large Big-name chains with no luck. The female clerk was so helpful and was able to order my item and have it available the next day. She even called to let me know it had arrived on time. Price was very reasonable.

I had been getting my prescriptions filled at CVS for a number of years. A year or two ago I switched over to the Sunny Bay Pharmacy in Arcadia, located on the first floor of the Healthcare Partners building on Huntington Drive. I only wish I had switched earlier. The service I get there can't compare to CVS. All the employees are attentive and polite and give expedited service. Additionally, Bob the pharmacist goes out of his way to help with any questions or concerns that I may have on a prescription.

Staff at this pharmacy is the best. If they don't have something they will order it for you and have it the next morning. I had problems with insurance coverage for a medication and the pharmacy helped the doctor fill out the prior authorization form and got the medication covered!! Saved me hundreds of dollars. The best ever!!

This is place to get your prescriptions filled especially if your Dr. Is in the building. Your RX will be ready in 10 mins.

Bob, Craig and staff are terrific. By far this is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. They provide personalized, professional, knowledgable and prompt service always with a smile. I can bring in a prescription and they will do their best to fill it in a few minutes. I feel very safe and secure having my prescriptions filled by them for my entire family, including my cat!
