Services
HomeSpec inspection services start for as low as $250 and abide by the Standards of Practice (SOP) stated by InterNACHI, the state of Mississippi, and the state of Tennessee. The home inspection is non-invasive and entails a visual inspection of the property, during which the inspectors note any issues with the home's systems and components.

John came highly recommended to my husband and I. He completed our home inspection within the week and we had our report well within 24 hours. The report was very thorough and made tons of helpful suggestions on repairs and things that we should pay close attention to for possible future repairs. John was very impressive. We could not have asked for more. The account he set up for us to look through the inspection had detail descriptions with pictures. It made the homeowners insurance questions easier to answer. We will be able to refer to this for upgrades and to keep up with repairs over time. I would suggest for any home buyers or sellers.

Had an inspection done on a house we are purchasing. Report was very detailed and included photos of what was being talked about. There were even notes of where the water shut off was, and where the meter on the house was located. The report was uploaded very quickly as well! Well for sure be using this company in the future.

John did an AWESOME job. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. We were very impressed with how thorough John’s inspection was. He was very professional and gladly answered every question we had in detail. Our inspection was completed in timely manner and at a reasonable price. We received the report in less than 12 hrs. The report featured pictures and observations of the main systems (HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc) in the house and recommendations for repairs where needed.
