Keaton was exactly on time for our inspection, required little info from us a new home buyers, and gave us a detailed report on recommended repairs and a time frame of when it would be best to get the work done by. Keaton from Home Town inspected a home I wanted to purchase. He was very thorough in his inspection both inside and outside of the house. Keaton was on time,, polite,, and very professional. When he was done, he walked through every detail with me and explained the particulars without talking over my head. He was so informative, I requested another walk-through after I made the purchase. Had Keaton inspect my home that I’m purchasing and he was extremely professional with excellent customer service and very thorough! Not only did he go over and walked us through everything he found, he broke down possible costs for minor problems and explained how they can lead to bigger ones if not taken care of quickly!
