While I am very thankful that they were able to finance my deal, the communication was not consistent. They had the wrong interest rate on the paperwork, and had to call someone to confirm that I was being truthful about that. They “fixed” the latch on the side, but didn’t put the right size latch on it so it had to be taped with masking tape until I can take it to the dealer in Boerne. They really did t have their ducks in a row at all. Wouldn’t recommend them to my friends, at least not the Georgetown location. Gregg Gottlieb was my salesman. He did an incredible job! I had a ton of questions and concerns, but Gregg was very patient and helpful in making sure that I was fully informed and ready to make my purchasing decision. The last two RV dealerships we visited they we're very pushy where we felt like they wanted us to buy something now or go ahead and leave if we weren't going to but when we went to Ron Hoover we were treated with respect and it wasn't about pushing us to make a decision they were more worried about making us feel like we were buying from family if we decided to buy and they were there to educate us and we're happy that we had stopped in to look around, we had such a great experience we needed a buying one a 36 ft RV. What a wonderful experience it was to go into a business and not being pressured

We wanted a new RV and decided to shop for one north of the valley for a competitive price. We saw one we liked at Ron Hoover in West Houston and decided to travel from the Rio Grande Valley to take a look. Ed Bates, the Sales Manager, was the 1st person I spoke too. He treated us like family right from the start.
Jose Madera was the sales person at the store, great person to show you their options and a straight forward no nonsense kind of guy who knows what you are looking for without you having to say a word. Again, once you walk in the door you are family.

Jose Madera was an awesome salesman and very helpful. Brittany was the greatest on following up on our long long journey with what we consider a lemon unit. “Just bought it in April” Ron Hoover was not at fault for our faulty unit. So many units are not being built at the factory correctly due to the state of our current lack of employees nation wide. The unit was fixed but we no longer wanted it. Everyone worked together to get us into a new and much improved unit. From the Jose, to the sales manager and service personnel Brittany up to the GM. Very satisfied but really hoping this unit will

I have never bought anything, in my 62yrs of life, that I was so satisfied with a purchase. From Zeke our salesman, Diane our service representative and Lance, who gave us the walk-around and addressed anything we asked. We were never pushed aside after the sale was done. Ron Hoover has been amazing with making sure our RV has been taken care of. Anything we've had issues with regarding our RV, Ken the GM has done his best to accommodate us. We bought a Riverstone Legacy 2021 FSKG RV from Oklahoma RV Center. They are beautiful and they are expensive. We are going to be full timers on October 1 so we were ok with the price....but.... The PDI-pre-delivery inspection and the walk through by the service department was a joke because we paid 1K for it and 4 of the things he checked off his list and told us were ok, were already broken when we got home 8 hours later. Even the two 40 gallon propane tanks were empty! Pete lied to us about the dishwasher that didn't work, broken

VERY disappointed haven’t had anyone call back about very many defects on our 2021 Catalina. We’ve had it less then 5 months and it’s definitely a lemon situation, that no one has called/emailed us about to try to Resolve. Extremely disappointed seeing how it’s so supposed to have bumper to bumper warranty for the first year. It leaks, broken jack, constant metal pieces coming out of the ac vents and have caused cuts on our feet. Awning has had issues pulling in from day 2, the Ac stays on at all times regardless of what setting it’s on. To top it all we have mold on almost all bottom

Bought a used camper from them. They were open to negotiation and made a fair deal with me. Have been living in the unit for work for about a month now and everything works flawlessly. Miguel gives very detailed walkthroughs after he inspects everything and made sure I understand how everything works for my first camper. Luis did a great job finding the camper thatd work well for me. Also Joe in the finance department is very knowledgeable, and also quite funny. I’ll most likely buy any future campers or boats from the Ron Hoover dealerships.
