Our furnace stopped working, and since we were looking for a new HVAC company, we gave Tim & Sons a call based on the good reviews we saw online. We're so glad we did! Were were directly in touch with Tim.
More important, when Tim looked at our furnace, he suggested a simple fix that got the hot air blowing again. It was refreshing not to have a pushy tech trying to upsell us on unnecessary work. Tim is honest and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend him!

I can't say enough about Tim! We are new to the area and had been provided his contact information because he services our Aprilaire humidifier. Tim has been professional, dedicated, very responsive, as well as honest. His prices are fair and he did not come in recommending a bunch of additional services. He educated me on a few items that I had questions about but never tried to push any additional costs or items for our home. AC was broken so I contacted this company based on the Yelp and Google reviews. They were very responsive with their communication and kept me up-to-date the whole time the repair process was working. The technician who came out was very friendly and easy to talk with and answered all of our questions. AC was fixed pretty quickly and we are back to a nice cool house before the summer apocalypse here in DC, I would recommend this company.

Just got my AC fixed by Tim and Sons Services. I am exceptionally pleased with their work. Within an hour my AC was up and running again. They are honest, courteous, efficient and easy to work with!
They did a thorough checking of the unit, clean the coils and replaced the filter was all I needed. I highly recommend them as they are reasonably price.

Tim and Sons are not only lifesavers, they do thorough and HONEST work. My air conditioning went out and I was extremely hot and uncomfortable. After going back and forth with my home warranty company for weeks with no foreseeable results, I got fed up and decided to call my own contractor. I messaged Tim and Sons late on a Thursday night and they came out to assess the issue on Friday. I called back to authorize the work on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon I had my new A/C unit! Tim is knowledgeable and was easy to schedule with. He was able to give me an idea of what might be wrong after I texted him some photos. When he came out he confirmed the issue was water condensation. I have an old school residential water chiller air conditioner that a lot of places do not service. Tim services them and does a great job. Another company wanted to replace the whole HVAC. Tim was able to add insulation to fix the problem at a reasonable price.

To be honest, I found Tim on the internet for a water heater I needed to be replaced I live in LOCO and I don't care for the company's here and wow, was I surprised with the quality of his work, and prices were very reasonable as well. Tim did such good work I had him back for my heating and air replacement, and several other jobs as well.
Trustworthy, professional and quality work all the way. I'm now in the process of getting a service contract with him at this time. You won't be sorry with this contractor.

I am so happy I found Tim and Sons. First, it is really hard to get same day service with an AC company in this area, every time I called Tim and Sons, I talked directly to Tim and I recieved same day service. Moreover, each time I called he showed a willingness to work around my schedule. He is also very honest and efficient with his work. He was able to diagnose my issue immediately and finding the parts was easy for him, while other companies had a hard time finding the parts.

Just turned on my house ac for the first time this season and it was blowing out hot air. I called Tim and Sons and they sent technician out to take a look at it. The technician that came out his name was Tim and he was very helpful and informative. He checked the ac entirely and told me i was low on freeon and found the issue. I would strongly recommend Tim and Son to anyone looking for great service from friendly and informative technicians.

My AC died in my condo, called the last company who serviced it, they came over for five minutes, told me I needed to replace the whole unit for 6k
I called Tim and Sons for a second opinion, he made himself available that same day came over and fixed it for less then 10% of what I thought I would have to pay.
He is a miracle worker, came same day, worked late, and I paid a fraction of what I thought I would have too. He is so honest, I am a senior citizen, and he really showed compassion.

Called this company in June 2017 to fix a broken AC unit. A friend of a friend recommended Tim; said he was honest, hard working and price quotes are decent. Just because I live in Loudoun County doesn't mean I want to overpaid contractors for normal wear and tear on house maintenance equipments. Turns out the AC units only needed to be cleaned. He cleaned the unit and charged only $200 and told me that I have 3-4 more years before I need replacements. I have been living here for 5 years and has done no prior maintenance. He recommended cleaning the units every other year or whenever i see

Be aware. I had a bad experience with this company. My heating system broke a few weeks ago. And after I searched I found this company. Two things made me chose to this company 1 st I read couple of good customer review the second one diagnostic fee was cheaper than other with is $49.
The first day the person name Tim Le come and he look at it and they told me fan motor has to be change and part and labor cost me $1200.
