We are fully licensed with the state of Minnesota. All of our employees are power limited technicians and our company has a Technology Systems Contractor license.
Is the contractor licensed by the state of Minnesota? By law, anyone or any entity installing, maintaining or servicing the electrical components of an irrigation system must have a Technology Systems Contractor license issued by the state. Trattles Irrigation's license number is: TS00628. Is the contractor insured, bonded and do they have Workers' Compensation coverage for their employees?

Quick, Responsive, Professional, T and Tyler came to my house to evaluate the current system which was installed by a different company a year ago. Replaced some heads for better coverage. Added some heads where needed. Reduced some heads on a single zone where there were 7 heads and transferred to another zone which only had 3 heads. I highly recommend Trattles, I wish I would have used them in the original install. Looking forward to working with them in the future for fall blowout and if there are any changes to my landscape which would cause a need for change in coverage.

I had a huge chunk of main line irrigation piping taken out by accident from a stump grinder (water was still off from winter thankfully). I attempted to repair it myself but it did not stand up to the pressure and had a small drip. I called Trattles and was able to schedule a repair in a couple days. The repair was tested and professionally done.

Just before I left on vacation I had some work done on my driveway that messed up a few of my lawn sprinklers. I needed to have the sprinklers repaired before I left on vacation the next morning. Tom was sympathetic to my plight and came out after hours to fix the sprinklers. And he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. He was very reasonably priced. He was a very nice man, did the work quickly and saved my vacation. Trattles will be my go-to irrigation company from now on.

We recently hired Trattles to install an irrigation system at our new home. They were great. They use better quality parts than other contractors we looked at and their service was phenomenal. We needed a couple of minor repairs after our sod was put in and they were out right away to fix the issues. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.
