About a third of our front yard to die off before they during that time and we were charged or repeat visits. Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Horrible service. They cut the cable/internet line and the best they can do is tell us to call the phone number on the van, which of course no one answers. No apology. They had the balls to say "the cable was not marked".

We, a homeowners association have been a contract customers of IBD for a number of years, but this year has been the worst in regards to timeliness and responsiveness. To add insult to injury we were dropped as customers mid-July because of their "need to reduce their client base." They have offered only excuses for their lack of professionalism, but in spite of a few good technicians we could not recommend this company to anyone.

Sloppy work and bad communication. I had an irritation system put in with this company last Spring. Our lawn was left uneven with potholes in it. The job was done 6 months ago, and only recently did they attempt to make our lawn look and feel like it was prior to this work being done. They failed to restore our lawn to its original condition, and unfortunately did terrible remediation. Communication was incredibly poor, follow-through was non-existent, and consideration for me as a paying customer was completely absent. I do not advise using this company.

Used this company at my home. Great service and attention to detail. Answered all of my concerns and did exactly what they promised to do. The sales representative was especially helpful and over delivered.

Be cautious with this company. They have some good people but clearly others who need more training and maybe some time with a much more simple job. I called asking for a quote on installation. Instead a winterizing crew showed up. They were apologetic and said they had been having some trouble with the back office. Finally someone called to talk about quotes but said she had to get back to me. She didn't for some time and I hired another company who did a good job installing the system. Then Irrigation By Design sent me a bill for a winterizing they did not do on a system that did not exist. They
