I purchased an inexpensive vacuum belt from this company, which broke while I was cleaning a relative's near-by home. I live 20 miles away from United Vacuum, but when next I need any item or service they provide, I will drive down there for it. THAT is how awesome this business and it's clientele are. Highly recommend!

Tony and the rest of the staff went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I was receiving the best deal on my Hoover carpet cleaner. Tony went out of his way to make sure that my experience was stress free and easy, while he did the "heavy lifting" with Hoover. This is what great customer service looks like!

Friendly staff. They did not have the part I needed but he was willing to ordered it and get it the next day. I found the part that same day elsewhere. The price here was better than where I found the replacement part. I just couldn't wait. I will go back next time I need doors first. The other place I went was double the price of this place.

I had my WHITE Sewing Machine repaired here. It was sewing terribly and Tony was able to fully repair it after many attempts and much effort! I was quoted $59.99 for the repair and although he had to work far beyond the quoted price, he still charged me the same. I know other local repair shops would have ended up charging me a lot more... and for that price I could have bought a new machine. It was great to work with both Mike & Tony!

Over 2 years ago I took my old royal sweep[er model taht has a metal nose where the brushes are installed. I knew his place when he was near Children hospital and had a couple of other sweeper repair with happy results. So I took my Royal in for a new roller brush, Its needed a new bag, and a new cord. He fixed everything . The total was 65.00 for much work and parts he did. This is a last of its kind place and the owner, I think his name is Tony is a nice person to talk with anyone. Good to excellent service, price and timely finishing my sweeper.Go to them.
