I've worked with Charlie Bove from Allegheny Global Environmental. I can't possibly praise him and the company enough. I only had one low-cost job done, but they did the job well and Charlie answered a ton of questions I had on many occasions. Considering how little the cost of the job they did was, I took up a lot of Charlie's time but he seems to care only about helping people.
