Vadim is a gem! He is knowledgeable, cost-competitive, extremely hardworking and thorough. My project involved removing asbestos wrapping from numerous heating ducts in a very, very small, cramped space. Vadim is 6’ 3” and somehow he managed to access the ducts and do a great job in getting rid of that asbestos. The job was extremely difficult and took him longer than expected but he stuck with it and did not change his original quote. I called Vadim to get a quote on removing 1200 sq ft of Asbestos Tile from my new home. He came in set up the proper mitigation and completed the job in under 3 days. He gave a very fair price, left the house very clean, and he was very responsive to calls and texts. I am having him Demo my basement next!
UPDATE: I recently had Vadim come back and do demo on my 70's style basement. He removed all the paneling, ceiling tiles, and Insulation. Wow, He did an amazing job! This would have taken me forever to do plus go through the hassle of getting a dumpster permit and a dumpster. He put plastic up

Vadim is an absolute godsend. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. And if that weren't enough, he is also extremely nice! I would hire him again in a second. He even scheduled with an air quality inspector to make sure everything was safe before tearing down the enclosure.

I rarely do reviews, but I have to for Vadim. On a Saturday afternoon, we discovered the possibility of asbestos under a few layers of tile in our kitchen. I called Vadim that day and he came to our house within two hours. He gave us clear instructions on what we should do in the meantime prior to him coming to remove it. He was able to fit us in within a few days. He gave us a fair/reasonable price (cheaper than a few other options) and removed everything in one day’s work. He brought in Corwin Inspections to complete an air quality test which passed due to Vadim’s thorough and clean work

Vadim was one of the easiest and best contractors to work with. He was able to come out same day to give me a fair and honest estimate and explain the whole process. He was then able to come out within a week and completed the job thoroughly and timely. Vadim was also one of the nicest and most appreciative people I've worked with. He provided excellent service, was very responsive to my calls and texts, and extremely thorough in his work. I had a basement full of tiles (~370 sq ft) that I tested and knew were asbestos, and I called and got an estimate for a fair price. Of the quotes I got from contractors, Vadim's was competitive along with two of the three people I called (the third was a fast talking salesperson who was almost triple!). Since the three quotes were all within ~$50-100 of each other, I went with Vadim since he was first to respond and gave me an estimate with very low turnaround time, even with a major holiday
