We've been well pleased with them through the whole process from initial review, through installation and finally with a couple follow up visits. They are very committed to customer satisfaction and that is ultimately the reason for our high satisfaction rating.
About a month after installation we had a record setting heavy rain storm with over 5 inches of water in an hour. There was flooding all over the neighborhood.
We were dry, not a trace of leakage.
We have absolutely no complaint issues and are pleased with our purchase.

We contracted with Everdry in 1995 to remedy our wet basement. When water began to seep in this year, we called and Josh was able to assess the repair needed after an inspection. The appointment was made, and the repair was completed in just a few hours. Josh was great to work with, courteous and professional and able to answer our questions. Everdry Waterproofing is a lifesaver. I have been covered by them for over five years. Last week Josh came out to check on my sump pump which was not working. There are a number of positive attributes with regards to the Everdry waterproofing system. We have been customers for thirty years. The system allowed us the opportunity to make use of our basement that was otherwise damp, sometimes had standing water, and certainly was subject to mold. We had additional waterproofing done about twenty years ago when we expanded on our home. About six years ago we had air purifying/ventilation work done and most recently had two battery backup systems installed with two of the crocks we have for our waterproofing system.

Josh was the tech that stopped out for my service call and he was incredibly professional and helpful. He answered all of my questions relating to basements and water issues, including ones not related to the issues for the service call. Once everything was assessed he took care of the necessary repairs in a short period of time and left the areas in better condition than they were before he started. I'd recommend the service to anyone looking to resolve e water issues in their basement.

I have used Everdry of Upstate NY for many, many years. They replaced my soil-filled terracotta pipes with PVC by digging a trench around my basement and then digging around the outside of my house. They also installed a dry well. No more flooded basement!! Every time I have made a service call, there they are. Their techs are prompt and courteous, do a good job and clean up after themselves. This was true of our latest tech, Jerry, as well. I recommend them highly.

Thank you Everdry for a good job on my basement. Malcolm, Juan, Ron and Chris were great to work with, felt very comfortable asking questions and showing them things I was unsure of. Now the basement is so much dryer and warmer, can enjoy the space now instead of avoiding it. Would recommend them to anyone for your basement work. Thanks again!!

I called Everdry after paying someone else to get rid of the mold and standing water in my crawl space. They did an okay job with the mold (I think) but the thousands I gave them to do a ditch and redirect the water didn't work because the water was coming up from the ground.
So I called Everdry, and believe me I didn't want to pay $15,000 but I had no choice. Well I feel they did a great job, sent a professional team, they dug around the outside of the crawl space, and applied waterproofing to the exterior and interior too I believe. In the crawl space they added an EasyBreathe venting / air

I can't say enough good things about Everdry. 4-5 years by basement was a disaster from the constant flooding in my area. Everydry installed a state of the system in my basement and my basement stays dry as can be.
We just had another flood yesterday (see pictures) with my creek rising and flooding my driveway and yard. The basement? Dry as can be.
Amazing.
I highly recommend these guys. One of the best investments of my life!
