I called Basement Technologies of WNY because I have a fieldstone basement that had water coming in through the wall. Kansas called me the next day (I called on a Sunday) and spent 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining how to remedy the problem. She gave me recommendations on how to fix it, what was causing the issue, and how to keep my basement dry. She also explained to me how a fieldstone basement works and what not to do. She easily could have sent someone out and charged me a fee but she was incredibly helpful on the phone. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any basement

About a month ago, I called this company and spoke with Kansas. I was discouraged of the multiple quotes I received for my basement, ranging from 10-15K to remedy the issue. Kansas asked me many questions, that the other places did not. We spoke at length, she even looked up my house on Google to get a better visual of downspouts etc. She had recommended suggestions to try to remedy the issue myself. I felt heard and not ripped off. I would highly recommend Basement Technologies of WNY in the future and plan to use them if I have future projects. Very Honest.

We had water in our basement. I called and Kansas returned my phone call. She asked some questions regarding our problem and made some suggestions to check before sending out a tech. We then did some further research were able to solve our problem on our own. We had another company come out prior to me talking to her and they gave us an estimate for $10,000 to solve our problem. It ended up costing us nothing! Great customer service! Without her help, it probably would have cost us a lot of money! Thank you for looking out for the customer!

I had a wet yard that troubled me and I was so fortunate to find Basement Technologies of WNY! I did not know what to do ... but they did! They were very kind on the phone and were able to almost decide what to do right over the phone. I sent a few photos of my issue, then Pat came out to measure and decide what to do and they actually came 5 days later and did the job. The crew was respectful of my property and everything looks good! Thank You
