I've been wearing this hair for about three years. I enjoy coming into the store and the associates are knowledgeable and helpful. I've been using the Sea brand and ask Pure, and have enjoyed the quality and the fact that it lasts. It's a good product and the ladies will let you know how to beat take care of the hair. I'd highly recommend Indique for their quality and service!

Sorry, this review is late. Let me start by saying that I've been buying this hair for at least 6-7 years and the Pure Wavy is hands down the best hair I've EVER had. However, I bought 3 bundles during a bundle deal event in May (because they are not guaranteed to go on forever), I ordered online but when I got the hair I noticed some shedding so I took it into the store to exchange. Ok, no problem. The store exchanged 2 of the 3, bundles of hair for me. Fast forward to me installing the hair, I've had it in for 2 months and will not be able to use it again because of the shedding

I absolutely love Indique Hair. Its the best premium hair I have ever used. I found out about this company from a magazine article and started ordering online in 2012. And I have been ordering ever since. Then the hair gods answered my prayers and gave us a store in Chicago. I only purchase the Pure Collection. Currently rocking a mix of Pure Wavy and Pure Curly, this hair my loves is 2 years old!! And still soft and is still holding its natural curl pattern. I usually purchase the hair online but I decided to go on 19 wabash I purchase a closure omg 1st time my beautician washed it ... it matted up so bad! Poor customer service didn't get a refund nor exchange for a closure that was 200$ plus . When I order on -line I hv no issues. That store need to be closed down going to destroy the brand.

Very nice people that work in the boutique but that's it. The hair feels great but once you put it in your hair it gets super tangled and falls out. Literally big knots that you have to pick out and guaranteed you will lose tons of strands almost immediately. I called the boutique to get a replacement or some type of compensation (because this hair is way more expensive than most) I was told I had to take the hair out for them to test. So I would lose the cost of the hair, the install, the take down, then the reinstall. I was appalled. I'll never get this hair again and would tell everyone

I read all the bad reviews, but thought I would give it a chance. I went there yesterday and bought ttwo different types of straight hair. I decided to condition the hair while still bundled. Before I could even wash out the conditioner, I noticed excessive shredding. Also the hair smelled like cheap beauty supply hair. After I did my install, the hair looked trashy and old. NEVER AGAIN! I ended getting cheap beauty supply hair that was $270 CHEAPER, and looks 100 times better. Save your money! You are better off buying $10 synthetic hair!

The Sea line Fiji hair is garbage. I brought it yesterday from the Chicago location. The hair is so hard, dry and fizzy. I called to get some suggestions on moisturizing the hair, absolutely no help. Limited quantity of hair @ this location. The pure curly 18 in. is advertised as the special of the month. I called before I came to the store, I was told they just got a shipment in. When I got to the store, nothing was there except garbage. Forget trying to buy a bundle. Sorry, I can't sell you a bundle because I don't have 3 sizes that go together. I'm so disappointed in this product

Poor customer service. They do not care about loyal clients. You will get treated the same as a first-timer. Poor quality hair. The quality of their hair has gotten worse over the years. I have Indique Pure curly hair I ordered 5 years ago that "behaved" better than the hair I purchased in August. I moisturized and moisturized and detangled the heck out of this hair. It never failed. After my "wash and go" the hair became visibly tangled out of this world. After many complaints, the rude manager took the hair back, sent it to corporate to see if it was defective. (They said

Wonder if the problem with these here reviews is because of the hair out of Chicago though whether you get it from the Indique Hair Salon in Chicago or Oakland shouldn't matter that your quality should be the same. But I will say this I purchased hair at the Oakland Salon, and never had any problems with any of the collections and have been able to use the hair with good care over the course of 3 and stretching it out to the 4th Installation. And by good care I mean the use of sulfate-free products and leave in conditioner everyday.

If you take care of the hair, it will curl, wave up when you want it, can be colored with no problems at all! They also sell hair care products that may not be available online.
I won't wear any other hair. I used to wear extensions plus but they NEVER had darker colored textured hair. I stumbled across Indique hair years ago and have worn it ever since.
TIP: Go to the boutique to check out colors and textures.

This is expensive, poor quality hair. I have never been more disappointed in a purchase. I purchased the Pure Wavy and both bundles were brittle and dry w/o color treatment. It tangled and matted and was just awful. I was in the salon weekly just so I looked presentable. After the 1st install my stylist tried coloring and conditioning the hair and it did not help at all. Moreover the weft was chewed up after my stylist took down the 1st install. I'll never shop Indique again. The hair I purchased out of the trunk of Tiffany's car was better quality. Never ever in never will I buy this

I let her know that I would only need the hair for one sew in, but still wanted it to be nice. Given that I would only be using it once, she recommended that I purchase the Sea collection straight hair. She also told me that I should purchase 3 bundles given that the packs were only 3 ounces rather than the usual 4 ounces that hair typically

Okay, So I'm writing this review because I'm tired of getting a lack of quality, from these supposedly, high in, celebrity servicing salons.
I am giving 2 stars, because of the kinda nice customer service and the appearance of the store. ( Very nice!!!!!!)
But, overall I give INDIQUE HAIR STORE a big Fat ( F ).
I purchased 2 bundles of bulk hair, in the natural wave pattern, 20inches for, GET THIS PEOPLE: $367.00
And I will try to take a picture of the receipt, to show you guys!!!!!! The problem wasn't so much the price,
( which I hate paying that much but hey, I love virgin
