Ripped my mother in law off. She ordered a castle for our nephews 4th birthday. 12 kids super excited for a day of fun. They never called or showed up. Since then we cannot get anyone to return her call. We will be disputing all charges from them. How does a company get away with this and stay open? How disgraceful

Look elsewhere for a jumping castle!
Sent me the wrong size jumping castle for my son's birthday and overcharged me. They were also late on their pickup time by an hour. I talked to someone from the company and they stated they would send me the difference in price between the two jumping castles. It's been over a month and still nothing. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they haven't responded to them either.

They stopped paying their employees in the office and the delivery drivers all of October, so the 35yr old owner H.E.C.T.O.R and his wife I.V.O.N.N.E could fund their food truck company in Florida where they now live. The owner likes to delete his and his wife’s name from any reviews. I am still owed money from then as well, over $1000. Know any good attorney’s?

If only we could give negative star reviews. I booked a jumping castle back on 11/16 to be delivered on 12/11. Plenty of notice. Day of comes along and not a word from the company and no delivery. Everytime I called them they said their driver was running behind. Over 2 hours after my party started I had to call again to tell them to forget about it. Never once did they attept to call me with updates. They also never gave me a refund even though I've called multiple times in the past 3 weeks. I've requested a manager call back as well with no luck. I've know had to call my bank to submit a claim

Do not ever do business with this company they are thieves and Liars. Not only did they never show up they never issued a refund close their doors refused all calls and messages. I am now going to have to sue them to try n recoup the cost. It's sad when a company can ruin your event and then take no responsibility whatsoever. I know they have a storefront but its always closed!...they run a very shady business and apparently enjoy scamming people, after speaking with others in the community it appears positive reviews are false and posted by family and friends only. Do not rent anything from these unprofessional people!!! I rented a obstacle course for 12/11 and they never showed up. So I called them, they stated they had called me several times and left messages to tell me they weren't contracted with the park! Which is a lie, so I would have never heard from them unless I had called. The guy had no clue what he was saying or was no help. When asked for my deposit back he said he couldn't. Then I asked for Magda to call me, never called me back. These people are a joke and unprofessional!!!!

I wish I could give them -1000 stars. I rented the Ninja jumping castle. The delivery driver came at 11:30pm last night saying they didn’t have help to drop off the day of the party. They tore the jumping castle bringing it into the yard. The delivery driver told us that he shouldn’t have brought it into the yard but told us he didn’t want to cancel on us last minute so attempted to bring it through my gate anyways . The delivery driver came at 10 AM this morning to patch it. I got in the jumping castle with my two year old and was unable to jump it was like walking through mud. Had to call

If I could rate zero stars I WOULD. Believe all the negative reviews about this company. I was not aware of the bad reviews before I ordered and ordered 10 Banquet tables each with 6 chairs, a jumping castle and a generator. I heard nothing from them in the weeks leading up to the party about my order or what time they’d deliver the items I ordered. I had to call them multiple times and after I called maybe 15 times I finally got an answer and he promised he’s update me on my items. And he never did I had to continue to call back and each time he had a different answer first he said they would

Worst experience with this company. We rented a castle from them for my daughters party I had ordered it to be delivered at 1:00, 1:45 rolls around and no jumping castle and no call from the company to let me know what was going on. Tried calling multiple times and finally got someone to pick up. When I finally spoke to someone they stated that the driver was running late and at another party setting up but they had no idea where they were and could not give me a time, and also let me know they couldn't guarantee that I would even get the castle but if I didn't I would receive a refund. I have been trying to allow this company to fix how awful of an experience I had. I hate blasting local small companies, however, after months of trying to get this company to follow through with their promises I’m over it. I rented a Dinosaur jumping castle on June 18 from 4 PM to 7 PM. By 4:30pm they still did not show up. I called and text and finally got a reply stating that the truck broke down with the jumping castle and they were waiting for a jumpstart but still on the far east side of town, about a half hour away.
