At Bounce Around Tucson, SAFETY IS OUR #1 CONCERN - While Bounce Houses and Inflatable Slides are safe under normal use and conditions, there have been reports of serious injuries when users did not read and/or adhere to the guidelines and safety instructions outlined in safety instructions and rental agreements.
Q: What if I want the inflatable setup where there is no electrical outlet, or at least no outlet within 100 feet? Q: How long is the rental for? The standard rental time is up to 6 hours with additional cost per hour over the 6 hour period. Over night booking is also available at an additional charge per unit.

Great experience, would very happily recommend! We rented the 30-ft obstacle course for our son's birthday party. They were really accommodating, showed up exactly when we'd asked, set everything up quickly, and returned on schedule to quickly and quietly cart it all away. Super nice people, the bouncy course was awesome, and we are overall just very glad we worked with them! Highly recommend.

I'm not really sure why this company has such low reviews. I booked a rental online, received a call the day before and the day of letting me know they were on thier way. The party was in Benson (about an hour from tucson) so he called to let me know they had several reservations at the same time and he wanted to deliver the unit 4 hours earlier than scheduled. They showed up in great spirits and set everything up how we wanted. The equipment we rented was in perfect condition as well as very clean. The kids loved it. When the time came to pick up the equipment, they showed up and very promptly

We've had a snafu with this company two years in a row. Last year, they were just plain late delivering the jumping castle. They emailed me a discount coupon this year, and we thought- oh, well, we'll try them one more time. The second time, we had a big communication snafu between the owner, the drivers, and us. I called around 8:20 AM (they were supposed to be setting up at 8 AM and were not there), to be told that the driver had been there at 7:30 and had been calling all morning. I did not get a SINGLE call on my phone. Often, people dial the wrong area code because I have an out-of-town area
