PSA you do have to pay for art work. Annie is terrific. A lot of ppl ask where I get my nails done and it's this place. I wear a lot of designs on my hands, and Hana is great. Just so your aware it costs $$ for art. So if you see beautiful designs respect your artist and their expertise.
This place is clean, nails last forever. Great designs and colors. And I find the place reasonable.

I came here for dual pedicures with my MIL and was pleased with the experience. The salon was bright and clean and we were both able to be attended to right away on a Saturday afternoon. They were a little aggressive with the pedicures at times but we both walked away happy! Prices were right at what I expect/want to pay and I would return. It's been a couple of weeks and my polish is still fully on for the most part.

Got a $30 gel manicure on Sunday and it already started lifting Tuesday, and I know exactly why.
The young female that did my nails didn't even wipe my nails with alcohol after buffing it. Buffing and then dusting it off with a dirty dusty brush is going to prevent the gel polish from staying! The nail has to be CLEAN.
Obviously the polish kept retracting/shrinking while she tried to paint on my nails. So she made me cure each finger one at a time -_-
Polish was thick because she did 3 layers. The only nice thing was the shape of the polish.
Maybe 2.5 stars...

It is not easy to communicate and understand the accent of their English language.
I have showed a picture of nails - very simple and straightforward. Transparent nail with colored tip only. Half way thru the process, i find out she doesn't have the color i asked for. Then i asked if she was planning to clean my nails before dip powder. She asked for extra money.

The worst nail place I have ever been to. I've gotten 4 sets of nails here and I finally took off the last set. My last set I got, one nail lifted one day after I got my nails done, my real nails are so thin they cracked in the middle. I attached a picture of how my nails look like after I took off the acrylics

I dropped in as a walk in, the staff was VERY courteous. The prices and services were amazing. I will definitely make this my new go to place. I often find some places may polish well but they do not offer the spa like experience. I appreciate a good foot / hand massage and they delivered ! Thanks ♡

The woman who did my gel mani did a terrible job; she didn't pay attention at all. She cut me and didn't take all the old gel all the way off. I had asked her to not put a third coat on because it was already so thick, but she insisted. The entire thing just doesn't look clean. Since I got white, all the streaks and bubbles were very noticeable also. I went to another salon to get it removed immediately after.

I used to go to Kim's Nails in Garden Grove but unfortunately the ownership had to change and the vibe and customer service is not quite the same. Luckily, I was able to follow my favorite nail salon tech Annie here. When you are like me and get really intricate details on your nails, it is hard to fine someone who will take time to listen and work with you.
Annie is the BEST!! Kim's Nail Salon has lost one of the best nail techs.

I work right next door so it's super convenient for me to just hop next door after my shift is over. I've been getting regular gel manicures and they do a good job and my nails have been growing faster and stronger than ever. They make sure not to trim my nails too much too!
I did have my last set chip a little bit on the 4th day & they fixed it no questions asked.
They're nice, friendly, and it's really clean in there!
