Look this place is pretty much good great maybe but I am or was a common customer here till I came in to get my nails done before leaving for a trip keep in mind I only got a refill and a couple stickers on two nails which was only $40 but the next day as I'm on my way to my trip barely they start to come off you know when they start to lift from the bottom and your hair starts to get stuck while your putting it up or something yeah I mean a much as I wanted to go back asap and get them fixed...again I'm thinking free of charge or money back typa thing I can't cuz I'm already

Horrible, horrible service!!! I went just for a trim nothing major. I had asked for just an inch to be cut not only did I ask before hand what it would cost which I was told $25 and, the price it's on the window. First of all the lady handling my hair was so rude and unprofessional she was brushing my hair as tho she had never touched hair before. She was pulling my hair with force and couldn't even do what I asked her to do. My hair is so uneven because of her. I came in here on Friday evening after work left a $5 dollar tip and didn't pay much attention since I was exhausted. The next day when I woke up one of my nails peeled and the other one was bumpy. I also noticed one wasn't filed correctly more like the polish was thick and went to the side. I drive back to the salon which was not local to my home. I waited for 15 minutes and started getting inpatient since they started taking other people instead of fixing my couple nails. I asked the guy up front how much longer it would take he said the lady that did my nails had to finish the person

Will not be back again.
I have had the nail technician Eva three times in a row and she is very unprofessional, rude, and has made my nail beds bleed. What I wanted/asked for is not what I got at all and that is why I am unsatisfied. I asked for shorter nails and she cut them as short as she wanted to, even thought I kept insisting I wanted short nails.
I've never had my nails this long.
I can't open a damn thing or type anything with these talons.
I gave this place multiple chances. I won't be back.

First time getting a pedi and the lady I got to was rude to me. She tried to upsell with gel pedi but I didn't want gel. She didn't even give me a chance to pick my color. She just chose white and the nail polish came of next day. She was talking about me while doing my pedi. I will not be going back.

I should have read the Yelp reviews before going in. The place looked decent, and I was passing by, so I went in. Everything was fine till the young lady was pulling the cuticle too hard and my big toe started bleeding. She asked me to put my bleeding toe jn the dirty water, dried it, but she did not do anything else. The bleeding continued, and I had to ask for alcohol. A few hrs later, it is still bleeding and I had to put antiseptic.
Also, the massage was really lame. And lastly, I asked for callous removal. She scrubbed the wrong side of the heels.

This place is complete and utter crap hole. Please avoid like the plague. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I come in and asked for a mani and pedi as a guy and kinda stares at me like really???? Yeah really tells me to wash my hands and i do. I get the pedicurist and she is a stuck up and completely rude. I went in a couple days ago to get a gelx set that one of the girls recommended however after a few days a few came off and I was very disappointed. I decided to go in and let the owner know if he could get me a new set and he was very understanding apologized and mentioned that this was a new product. They took care of me made sure I had a new set within mins . Grateful I found this place and that they were very professional and understanding. Definitely going back !

I constantly jumped in my chair because she was filing my nails super aggressively !!! I could feel my skin burning ! instead of filing from the outer corners first then the middle, she filed them straight on excessively, when she did my cuticles she dug into my skin and she was pressing very hard onto my nails with the cuticle cutter!!
When I thought it couldn't get any worse she brought out the hot towels and saw a stain on the fridge door and used the towel to clean it off!!! Then proceeded to put on my

Don't waste your money!!! They're price gauging for a bad job!!!! Go somewhere else the nail polish is watered down and they don't do a good job! Gel colors are not really gel colors you it's more like a water color type look not nice.plus she didn't bother to cut my nails she left them long i came home and did a better job myself.

I came in with no appointment and was seen promptly for a powder nail service, NOT SNS. The top coat gel came off next day. It's not my first time getting this service done but it was the first time I've seen them mix the powder and gel top which could be why the gel came off next day. It was also very bulky. I did go back next day due to working in the area and the gel top was fixed but that is unacceptable for $40. Cleanliness was okay. Plastic barriers for covid and all staff was wearing masks. Even though I now work in the area I would not return as a regular customer. I would say

Do not let Tiffany help you if you are to go to this place. i was having my gel replaced and i asked her to be more gentle as she was scraping my skin with the nail file as she tries to remove the gel. she got upset and became so defensive and so on. she stood up and left me with acetone on my fingers wrapped with cotton and aluminum. please look at photos below.
she basically left and told me i have to wait and someone else will help me. ive never had anyone in that place that treated me so rudely. not an asset to this place at all. need manners.

Yesterday, my mom and I decided to get our nails done after work. We thought it was going to be a nice mother/daughter evening...Oh, how we were wrong! It was our first, and LAST, time going to this place. We should have listened to all the other yelper's who said to stay away!
The mani/pedi that my mom was given was horrendous and the customer service was just as bad! I don't have a picture of her toes (the girl literally clipped and filed them crooked) and the only reason why her fingernails are filed somewhat nicely is because my mom filed them herself before the girl put on
